Times like this is where I wish we still had new weights listed. I've heard Paye is up to 261 and Eubanks is up to 250 and still running close to a 4.5. That is ridiculous if true.

Marinating the chicken in some terriyaki or BBQ sauce, or putting some sriracha on your veggies/rice, and adding a few more calories ain't gonna kill you, but it's gonna make your diet a lot more enjoyable and sustainable.
