Logged in just to make this same point. It is a built-in advantage for southern teams playing in southern bowls just like it is a built-in advantage for the Denver Broncos playing in Mile-High stadium. You're body's blood cells need to aclimate.
Please explain the philosophy of what you would do trying to kill the clock and safely win the game without turning the ball over at the end of the game?
Remember that in the game of football a dropped pass stops the clock, and that we wanted Scott to use up his three timeouts…
Don Julio! Great stuff, also the Casamigos is pretty great as well. Tequila is an avenue everyone remembers being shitty (experiences visiting cancun) or grabbing crappy cheap vodka. But the higher end tequilas are great.
Valentines! Great stuff. To agree with everyone, high priced vodka is just good marketing. There used to be a rumor that Kirkland's vodka was grey goose. Grey goose denied the rumors, but the truth was that high quality ingredients aren't really meant to be tasted, after all the distillation is supposed to strip the taste and just make it easier to drink (or mixed).
The staff was extremely upset when Isaiah Wilson flipped. He had told michigan's coaches he was going, enrolled in classes, and everything until the night before NSD when a family member got a call from a Georgia booster... This is one of the recruits the staff was most upset about in regards to how it all went down.
Not familiar with the Hamilton situation to comment.
Can't wait. It'll be a business trip, driving in the morning and leaving right after the game. Going to be a tough week to concentrate as the only thing on the mind is this game and getting it done in Columbus. Go Blue!
Can’t wait! I’m the only one of my friends without a ticket yet but pumped to get down there. Anyone still have a last second bail in the lower bowl Michigan section that would want to sell one single ticket?
Hahaha. Okay bad key point phrasing from me. I guess the important thing was Tournament Champ over Regular Season Conf Champ maybe? At least in our instance. Mich State won Conference, we win BTT. Xavier won big east? Nova with the tournament.
On the contrary, Kansas won both regular and tournament. And I guess Loyola won both as well.
I'm sure Seth is going to do a ticket watch post; however, now I'm worried. Should I try to grab tickets before these games tonight??
Additionally, are you all buying full both day tickets or going with the one day semi final pass and plan on scalping the natty game (if and when) from the losing teams?
Dive or not, and light slash or not, you CANNOT be doing that after there is a whistle blown. Same goes for many other sports. Yes there are bigger slashes when the puck is in play, but once the whistle is blown you can't do that as a professional paid athlete.

Schnepp! Love these pieces, and this is a fantastic read! Love hearing the story and its just a great write-up in general. Thanks again for putting this all together!
Harbaugh might not be known to do this, but that's not to say it hasn't been done before. Famously, and until recently, I always thought Matt Gutierrez lost his spot to Chad Henne because of the torn labrum but I've recently heard that the extent of the injury was also exaggerated as the season went on to save face for freshman Henne having locked down the spot.
All Caps on purpose. So pumped. Usually the Thrones season is already going by now and is a good distraction from the lull that is the michigan football offseason..
If you read the practice reports, speight still handles situations better when things turn to Chaos. Peters can make the beautiful throws in a vacuum or without the full pads on, but they're saying he's still not great under pressure. Now the progress Peters makes this offseason and into fall camp will determine which QB starts. Harbaugh will bench a former starter to start someone who he believes will win more games (he's done it before at Stanford).
This thread is a little early IMHO. We shall see in fall.
Definitely an arrogant post. However, to be devil's advocate, try reading a board for another school e.g., RCMB for Michigan State being an example. The difference is pretty spectacular.

Preparing to have no voice left on Sunday after attending the game. We need a great home field advantage--we need to do our part.

So damn giddy. Finally. Let’s go blue!

You should definitely go. More blue in the stadium the better.

Safe to say he's not too badly injured after seeing him take that to the house.
They're going to need to be conditioned enough to play full 4 quarters soon enough here..
bummer. The one day i'm slammed and am not refreshing the mgoboard constantly.

Maybe there really wasn't a point at all.

Precisely. "Two Minutes of Film." Watch a full game of him and not just the broken play highlight plays.
I mean, I'm hoping as well, but I just don't think its a savior coming in ready to go.

During the ACC/BIG ten draw of UM vs UNC...
God I forgot about this gif. Miss college Denard mannn
YOU GOT IT!
Haha, Loved that Karan is running well! MichiganMan14 you mentored a fantastic student athlete and great passionate runner.
The announcers briefly talked about his work with Wayne Lyons, I thought that was neat as well.
Lots of heart running the ball from Higdon today. LOVED IT. Way to go karan, I think he's deserved the start. Keep feeding him the pill next week.
Raise your hand if you've taken a dump at Rick's before.

What about the unmarried?
Nevermind. Nothing's changed.
This. is. amaaaazing. ahahaha
Can't wait for Tarik to get back. He really impressed for being a true freshman.
Fractured, broken, bruised ribs are all some of the most painful injuries since it hurts to breathe.
Not JUST Brady! Not a pat's fan but a fan of the MICH players there.
Alan Branch and David Harris deserve some recognition for that tasty '06 Defense!!!
This is in a vacuum where offense had no factor on those 3 games?
BEST SHOW CURRENTLY ON TV.
