Spent many hours as a kid after games getting autographs from players by the tunnel, and have enjoyed sharing that experience with my kids in recent years. Over the past few years some players have opted to only take photos(DPJ) rather than signing anything. Now that players can charge for autographs, seems like this type of experience may fade away a bit. Some players will still sign, but star players may not as much.
While we have always just asked players sign a game program or a little kid notebook, there are always plenty of adults with autograph footballs and whatnot trying to get players to sign, which ruins things in my opinion.
I got this a couple of years ago, and ripped them a new one for when they had the 'Michigan Stadium Factor' count every time there was a false start on the other team. Said it was something I'd expect to see at a place like Cincinnati or Syracuse or someplace in the MAC, and that it was an attempt at doing too much, and was cliche and ridiculous. I haven't seen that dumb counter at a game since, so, you're welcome.
they haven't won in the NCAAs for 10 years, and they have no tradition. avery was a decent coach when these kids were like 6 years old, so i do find in curious that they all of a sudden grab two top ranked guys. good for avery, but it's odd.
I remember that head picture, as I was standing around after the UCF game with my 9-year old daughter. Not too many guys came out to sign autographs, but we did meet Don Brown, Jay Harbaugh, Khaleke Hudson, Henry Poggi and Kekoa Crawford. Thought it was interesting that as most guys just walked away, Gary was ushered out by a staff member to a golf cart, and driven away. I remember getting loads of autographs from players as a kid outside the tunnel, but I guess times change.
I went to citrus bowl in 1999, team stayed at Peabody. I wanted to hang around hotel and watch for players, but I was a young teen, so not, you know, a stalker.
There was a pep-rally on the roof, Reggie Mackenzie spoke and marching band made the roof shake.
Hotel is worth the stay just to see the ducks march in and out every day.
How about getting a first down to end the game? How about being able to get get 2 damn yards? How about not having seemingly every drive get to 3rd & 9?
4 bad innings, every hit was right at somebody. 2 almost homers. Didn't get any breaks in this one. Wagner gets the start, get those bats going, they'll be ok.
Well, have you seen some of the 'stupid designs' at the stores and on the players, that didn't get a veto? I'd hate to see what actually didn't make the cut. Adidas has just made some truly ugly gear. Nike has made some poor choices, but they had much cooler stuff before the switch.

The first time I met my then girlfriends dad, now father-in-law, he had this shirt on. Made the whole intimidation thing a little less so.
I would like to have another version of this shirt, which I got in high school, probably 1995/96.
I also really like this shirt, got just before the change to adidas, and don't think i ever saw anyone else wear it.

passed on the 31 for the 4....should be arriving any day
So he's available to work.....does he have a son that's a highly ranked quarterback?
He was only going to Columbus to get tickets for signing of stars, found out they don't have valid tickets there, so decided not to go.

Best part is sad Crean at very end on left of video
The part about the tennis coach, which i had no idea about previously, is just crazy
This Hackett guy....just seems to get it.
Has a BC offer, so Brown must have some bit of a previous relationship with him.
