Would want to come to the Wings right now? Team is in a rebuild probably lasting several years. Holland won't probably won't be here beyond next year - two years at most. The new GM will want his own coach. Keep Blashill and tank again in 18-19 so we can get more high picks and get some elite talent that will help us seriously contend for Cups again. |

We all know what Ken Holland brings to the table. I think a lot of his bad decisions have been influenced, at least in part, by ownership. Chris Illitch is ok with .500 hockey, "I like my team", sneaking into the playoffs where you never know what can happen" and overall mediocrity. All of the empty seats in the brand new pizzarena should be an indication of how the fans feel about the direction of the Wings. I hope I'm wrong but this is really depressing. |

His Foster Parents (Sandra Bullock and some generic dude) were (are) big Ole Miss alums and boosters. In the movie, the NCAA was suspicious that the foster parents adopted Oher as a means to steer him towards Ole Miss. The movie didn't implicate any inappropriate behvior at all on the behalf of the parents at all but not sure what happened in real life. |

Love this team. Glad they remembered that they can't depend on the 3 to beat these good teams. If they keep taking it to the basket like they did in the last 10 minutes they have a real shot on Monday.
