John U No Longer In Bolivia

Something's amiss here. Last week he mentioned in a comment to one of his articles that he had the opportunity to have a press pass, but turned it down. So, is he now accepting that invite?

Three UM Regents have offered to restore my press pass this season, and I've declined. Why? Because it doesn't matter. By your logic, all Brandon has to do is pull every reporter's press pass, and none of them could write anything without a reader like you accusing them of bias. Further, I did appear on talk shows, including my own. You, sir, have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Steve, thank you.

Yes, but I believe he still had a press pass after Three and Out - just not inside access. Fourth and Long cost him even the press pass.

Lots of people were pissed at Rosenberg for shoddy, deliberately deceptive journalism. I still don't recall a big outcry to pull his press pass, but maybe I'm aware but just not fully aware of the outrage.

I heard that he'd actually been offered his pass back (by the Regents) before the season but he declined to accept it in protest. Now that DB is gone he's taken up the offer.

He clearly Said in WTKA pregame show that this is not related to Brandon leaving. Came about last Monday. Also said he expected that people would say it was related to DB departure even after Bacon's disclaimer. He was right.
