Based on what? When has he been shredded as DC by modern passing spreads? You can't base it off of him being HC. We've seen so many examples of HCs whose teams really don't fit the mold. Stoops was a defense guy. Harbaugh an offense guy. The HC has too many other things to do to think he's also entirely an OC or DC. I'm pretty sure after he got fired from Florida he went right back to being a successful DC. Might have been only a year or two but still that wasn't that long ago. Not all DCs are incapable of adapting either.

But but but no one can fire anyone in this weird covid year! It's such a bad look!

You serious Clark? The guy has been putrid as a head coach at two SEC schools in a row.

I still sometimes think about that horrendously bad and embarrassing bowl loss meltdown to Will Muschamp and South Carolina a few years ago. That game showed a HUGE crack in the foundation of Michigan under Harbaugh and solidified in my mind (although I was still in denial) that Harbaugh made a mistake coming back. I agree with another poster above, that game was easily his worst loss at Michigan up until 2 weeks ago.

”LOL THE ONLY BIG TEN TEAM TO LOSE THEIR BOWL GAME!!”

I just KNEW we would too going into that game.

ugh.

When we had zero viable QBs for the entire 2017 season I started having serious doubts about Harbaugh. O'Korn and Patterson both put up better numbers before coming to Michigan. Then came the blowout losses to OSU. I made up my mind about him before this season, but I never expected what has happened the past 3 weeks...

5 minutes ago I was just listening to a vlog saying how bad he was ,but they won't dare fire him during a Covid season! They said it wouldnt look good to the public why the school is struggling with funds to buy out a coach ...then hire a search firm and ante up for a new coach! All I know is Michigan makes a lot more the usc!
