Hill was decked out in UM gear at UofD vs. MLK basketball game. He was wearing Michigan hat, shirt and pants. Also he was with Corley who was wearing no team affiliated gear.
I Think this looks like a solid rotation. It was brought up that their is not point in having depth and still playing your starters 35 minutes. MAAR showed some great flashes and may not redshirt but their is not enough ball to go around. PF it will be interesting to see what Wagner can do and how much Chatman develops. I think PF is a wild card position and it could really supprise us next year. This has us going 11 deep opposed to a typical JB 8-9 man rotation.
Levert should be at the 2 due to his ball handeling opposed to Dawkins.
But if you play Wilson Irvin can slide down to the 3 for more of the game. Also chatman has looked not so great himself so if Wilson can somehow establish himself over chatman he will get minutes.
With Caris being out that opens up around 38 minutes. I could see us burning DJs redshirt to give him experience and potentially a spark off of the bench. MAAR, Dawkins and Chatman will grab most of Caris's minutes but if we just are not getting it done we may need to turn to try DJ.
If you are a fan you will want Michigan to win. Now this Rutgers team will be one of our easiest games left so Hoke will be on the Hot seat regardless. I realisticly hope to go 6-6 and see Hoke fired somtime mid season (ASAP). He obviously does not have what it takes to coach a Big 10 school.
He can be fired whenever for whatever. We look awful and most likely will not make a bowl game. He is loosing the trust of our best player and possibly the whole team. Nothing looks good as of now he simply has to go.
Well to me it looked like after the hit Morris could not stand up and could barely walk. It did not go through my head that he could have a concussion. I was suprised they would keep a practically imobilized QB in the game. When Gardner lost his helmet and Morris went back in other people booed because Gardner was actually doing something. Clearly Bellomy should have taken that snap and he was running in at the same time as morris but was called off.
You can be loyal without agreeing with everything michigan does. Complaining is just a way to raise awarness to a problem. Michigan should never go 2-2 and look as shitty as they have especially with this being the 4th year of Hokes reign. People have the right to complain.
Rich Rod may not have gotten all 4 stars but he did recruit players that would would fit perfectly into his offense and also how can you give Rich Rod a C for program management when you give Dantonio a B. Dantonio has all sorts of player issues.
How do you explain the increase in talent but the decrease in production? If the players are not executing the plays it is the coaches job to give them plays that they can succeed with. Also all of our starters have talent and if they cant exucute bring in their 4 star back up. I do not see in any world how the players are more at fault than the coaches for this 2-2 start.
It would give us time to find a coach who can win with all the talent we have. Hoke can recruit but that does not matter since he can not develop their talent.
