To be fair to DG, I'm confident he could do such an analysis. He just really isn't asked to do that on the Michigan Insider stuff because they're trying to educate fans, not deeply analyze NFL potential in schemes and decision-making.
While a regulation tie is better for our PWR than a loss, I still thought we needed a regulation win to be in at large territory. If that's the case, I don't get why we didn't pull the goalie at the end of regulation, especially with them short handed.
Perhaps you never know who else might lose and need to max your PWR, regardless?
I was under the impression that anything less than a regulation win meant we'd need to win the B1G tourney to get into the big dance, so I thought tie or loss was indifferent.
1. I don't give a rip if he was misdiagnosed. That doesn't give him the right to yell at a trainer.
2. I'm really looking forward to him coming back in two weeks and his dad giving him minutes that would otherwise go to someone who can actually play at this level.
But the opponent in the press box and sidelines who are doing nothing but staring at your signaler sees that "31A" = Trey Right Wing 23 Duo. Next time you signal in "31A," they know the play that's coming and they load up. Not to be that guy, but man it really shows when some of you have never played or coached. Or do you guys' great "panacea" only want to run a play successfully once every game?
You want to leave the Big Ten because it has no integrity, and your idea is to join the ACC with Clemson, Miami, Florida State, and UNC--who have brazenly broken rules and essentially nothing has happened to them? And who's TV contract share is probably worth about 40% of what you're getting now? Good luck with that.
Or maybe we go to the SEC, a conference well known for its strict adherence to rules and high academic standards, as well as its social and political culture so much like the midwest--a perfect fit for Michigan.

The team finished last. Last time that happened, the team's god damn shorts had fucking belts on them. Coach should be turbo fired.
Stroud was used to being on a bad team.

DePaul and Louisville are equally horrific--maybe worse.
I do know, because Juwan is still our coach. You do know how a no/zero tolerance policy works, right?
Warde basically ignored an attempt by Juwan to fight his S&C coach while supposedly under a "no tolerance" policy. This situation is pretty dumb.
Announcers and everyone else I heard kept saying we needed a regulation win.

Shouldn't we have pulled the goalie with about a minute left? Who cares if we lose?
Rutgers…
It's gotten so bad
Rutgers beat us by thirty
Someone make it stop
Well, yeah, but don't get beat
Not good, Ethan
Bullshit
God damn these turnovers
STOP TURNING IT OVER
A story as old as 1988: Michigan dominates but gives up a turnover and is losing.
Then he should've sat the whole season out and came back next year ready to roll. No one sane would've thought the lesser of him for it.
Dear NCAA, please play will tournament games on Friday. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Not to be that guy, but Giles Jackson wore it before he transferred to UW.
This is the kinda game where Edwards could hit a home run or two.
Just sayin'...something dumb.
Meh...if we're judging honestly, he was quite a ways off since the game ended in a tie compared to SP+

Lloyd would've convinced 75% of the roster to transfer out before Rich coached a game.

You try replacing 30-50 wristbands on a hectic sideline during the middle of a game, you're gonna miss someone, I guaran-fuckin-tee it.
So no, smartass, your printer is not a panacea.
Uh, they'll steal your signal that matches the play and know it the rest of the game, smart guy.
But the opponent in the press box and sidelines who are doing nothing but staring at your signaler sees that "31A" = Trey Right Wing 23 Duo. Radios, yes, but wristbands are not the simple panacea that many are suggesting. You still have to signal to those wearing them which play to look at.
So let me get this straight:
You want to leave the Big Ten because it has no integrity, and your idea is to join the ACC with Clemson, Miami, Florida State, and UNC--who have brazenly broken rules and essentially nothing has happened to them? And who's TV contract share is probably worth about 40% of what you're getting now? Good luck with that.

Notice which outlets are reporting against Michigan and which conferences they have contacts with.
