Would you kindly...lose to Michigan every time?

In my opinion, his blind…

In my opinion, his blind nepotism combined with huge salary increases for his hand-picked cronies sticks out the most to me.  It was consistent and clear from the very beginning.  He would fire people who had been in the department for years, were loyal, and were likely underpaid, just because they disagreed with him.  And he would replace them with people who were from barely comparable backgrounds, didn't care if this was Michigan or Ohio State, and for a much higher salary.

Bacon's last book detailed so, so many of these situations.  Brandon's bully "agree with me or else" attitude did more damage to that department than most other things, in my estimation.  That type of leadership makes me sick.

Been brewing for about 4…

Been brewing for about 4 years now.  Started as an equipment set that was a gift for my birthday that year.  It collected dust for a couple months, then I tried it out. I've become increasingly obsessed since then. I think I'm at around 70 batches, maybe more.

Now I do pretty much exclusively all grain, unless I am gifted an extract kit or want to do a quick experiment.

My setup has been slowly upgraded to where I'm at now.  I use a Grainfather all grain brewing system.  It is expensive, but the features and convenience is worth it to me.  I use a hop spider to make the cleanup easier.  For fermentation, I have 2 stainless conical fermenters with digital temp control, and I built a glycol chiller to be able to cold crash and lager in them.

I understand the complaints about bottling, but I still do that for about 1/3 of my batches.  I like to have a lot of varieties available.  I also have a 3 tap kegerator that I basically use as a test bench.  I want to have around 20 taps available someday, but that will have to wait until I move.

I just made an Oktoberfest on Monday, and I'm very excited for that.  It is one of my favorite styles.

I recently got this platinum as well.  Highest rate I've ever seen on PSN I think, almost 10%?

I loved the game, very excited for the inevitable sequel.  They did a great job of telling a complete story, but leaving just enough open ends.

I disagree with point #1.

I disagree with point #1.

If Alabama loses to LSU on Saturday, and then both win out, both will get in.  If an even somewhat reasonable case can be made to include Alabama, they will get in.

If Alabama wins out, including against LSU, it is very unlikely that another SEC team will get in.  At that point, a 1-loss Michigan's most likely competition is Oklahoma.  It will be much easier to make a case for Michigan over Oklahoma.

I want Meyer to stay.  I…

I want Meyer to stay.  I want everyone to realize what that athletic department is all about.  I want him to get fired after Ohio State starts a slow decline and they think they can do better.  Then they realize the next coach is not good.

I want Zach Smith to get jail time, and his ex-wife to get every penny he has left.

UCF needs to STFU based on their last 2 games before Auburn.  They obviously beat Auburn, who beat the national champs, but who knows how much Auburn was invested in that game.  Against USF and Memphis, UCF couldn't get a stop to save their lives.

I cannot disagree more

I cannot disagree more strongly with your comment on Revenge of the Sith.  I was looking forward to seeing the transformation of Anakin Skywalker to Darth Vader more than anything in my childhood, and I thought it was very poor.  He basically got tricked into being evil, and not in any clever way whatsoever.  That movie should have been the greatest movie of all time, and instead is just okay.  I was just so disappointed.

Agree.  Founder's is the best brewery in the world, in my opinion.  I love their take on just about every style.  KBS, Curmudgeon, Centennial, Dirty Bastard are fantastic.

My favorites:

Note: If you've never been to Kuhnhenn in Warren, you need to.  Their DRIPA is superb.

Had this problem with my Belgian Tripel a few months ago.  I just threw in another pack of dry yeast, and it sorted itself out.

Has Crosby really grown up?  He's just less obvious about being a douche than he was previously.

One month ago, he blasted Ryan O' Reilly in the family jewels with his stick for no apparent reason.

Agree with those posters

Agree with those posters above in that this is more about the weather than the beer, but I like beer paired with just about anything.

Solid beer, I usually keep a few around during the summer.

That said, I'll make my own for cheaper, and it will taste better.

Likely some Belgian Trippel

Likely some Belgian Trippel that I brewed.  Gotta watch the volume intake though, they can sneak up on ya.  Being hungover on a Friday when you're expected to do real work is not fun.

"The D.E.N.N.I.S. System" hooked me and I can't let go.  I have almost pissed myself laughing several times every season.

Burn it down.  Keep Larkin,

Burn it down.  Keep Larkin, Mantha, AA, some combination of Jensen/Sproul/Marchenko, and 1 goalie (don't really care which).  Sell off everything else and promote your borderline AHL guys to see what they have to offer with steady playing time.

Green will fetch a good return.

Nyquist and/or Tatar could fetch a pretty decent return, because they they could be very successful in the right environment.

I feel bad for Blashill, as he walked into a bad situation with the roster, but he hasn't done much with it, either.  He is probably gone.

They need to get Yzerman back by hook or by crook.  It might take years, but it probably needs to happen.
