Given how many depressing moments happened in that Akron game, you could be describing multiple people... I'm sure there were plenty of angsty students on display for that game.
I was toward the front of the section trying to start the wave. It did take a while to get going, but once it did it seemed to go smoothly. The only reason the wave stopped after going slow then fast was that the team scored a touchdown. The band started a rousing chorus of The Victors and the wave died there.
I was at that Oregon blowout back in 2007. Of the four or five total games I have seen in person, that one was the most memorable, in a "well this sucks" kind of way.
I have only used ESPN, but I haven't had any problems. We don't do much beyond standard leagues besides adding fractional points and valuing defense a bit more. Works well for a free site.
You would probably be stuck with a Danny Woodhead - Toby Gerhart running back tandem. Yikes. At least you wouldn't be using any early draft picks on running backs...
I was surprised to see that 4 out of 5 ESPN folks picked VCU to win it all. Especially when earlier in the article they mention that Michigan is the "obvious favorite."
In five years, very few people (and probably only Michigan fans and PSU fans) will remember what happened last night. No one is forgetting "The Horror." We will be getting shit for that game for the rest of time.
All confidence seems lost. This team had all the confidence in the world for the first half of the season, but they were not prepared to crash back down to earth. They have reacted badly and have regressed. This is on the coaches and the players. Let's hope this is the kick in the ass they need to get going into the NCAA tournament. It doesn't look good now, but this can be a great team if they catch fire. I'm keeping the faith. But today still hurts like hell...
Well, I haven't committed yet. I just found out recently that I was accepted at Michigan for graduate school! I also have another offer on the table, but I have a feeling that Michigan is the final destination. I am visiting Michigan in a few weeks, so I hope to have a good committment story to tell at that point.
Missed the playoffs. My roommate is in the championship game this week. If I played his schedule, I would have made the playoffs. Just an unfortuate schedule draw on my part.
Only 3 more days left of work before I head home then head to my senior year of college. At the end of work is when there is the most to finish. I hope I can finish it all while also obsessing over the fact that Michigan football is only 8 days away!
This post will give me the tied-for-2326th most MGoPoints. The fact that there are over 2000 users with more points than me really emphasizes the magnitude of this site.
I think TomVH may have had a karma of 5 at some point, but he is at 3 now. The highest I know of is THE_KNOWLEDGE, who has a karma of 4. Whether some of that karma comes from posts in the future that only he knows of is unknown.
I love Protest The Hero! I haven't listened to much Animals as Leaders, although I keep hearing about them. I will have to check them out. I really like Mutiny Within as well. Not as well known, and they only have one album out, but it was really well done in my opinion.
I usually don't get to talk about music all that much since most of my friends cant stand the music I listen to. Oh well, I know this stuff isn't everyone's cup of tea.
I saw both All That Remains and As I Lay Dying when they toured together a few years ago. I almost didn't make it because I had a really bad fever at the time. I barely made it through the concert, but was glad I went. From what I remember, both All That Remains and As I Lay Dying put on a fantastic show.
I saw ABR live a few years ago when they were touring with Underoath. They put on a great concert. I am actually going to see them again in a month or so on their new tour.

What. Opened the thread and it was white and gold. Scrolled down to read the comments, scrolled back up and now its blue and black.
Me too! Class of 2013 represent! Go Knights!
As someone who has Florida winning it all, this just made their road easier.
As a grad student with no classes on Tuesdays, I am fairly indifferent to the cancelled classes. However, I can't pass up a good posbang. Let's do it!
It's finally back. Good to see a posbang thread that can mean something again! This is joyous news!
He's been out on defense before, to wreck people in hail mary situations.

"Gardner throws flan interceptions and fumbles the ball orange times."
So we are playing ... flan-ball? Manball's weird cousin?
Woo Friday night.
Funny, I actually watched a Marx brothers movie on Saturday night as a way to forget the game that had just happened.

it is not the droid you are looking for.
Likely to redshirt. Didn't see any true freshmen OL on the list. This is the depth chart for CMU only so injuries could see Kugler move up and play.
Courtney Avery is injured? Did I miss that?
Way to give yourself a -1 Trolling moderation. I approve. And yes, some of us do read the tags.

Brady Hoke on the recruiting trail.
Just looking forward to a relaxing weekend after the work week ends. Need to get through work first though...

Anything that keeps coach Beilein in Ann Arbor for a few more years is fine by me.

You did
Oh! Good Heavens...
You did get the picture of the license plate, so...
I will let you live!
I think that driver may need ANUSTART...
Fantastic read. Thanks, CRex. I think I need to go back and read some of your other diaries again!
Who was it? I don't have ESPN insider. As a soon to be Calvin graduate, that would be interesting to know.

USC beats LSU in the NC game, 19 - 12. No championship for the SEC this year.
I am so ready. Beat Bama!

Solid stuff there. I listened to quite a bit of August Burns Red this morning.
I have been listening to Periphery's new album since it came out a month ago as well. I love that stuff.
