It seems to me the 'vast network' would be extremely challenging to set up. I mean, how clear of a picture or video will you get on a cell phone? I may be wrong, but I really think the type of cameras or video equipment they would need would stand out. Also, even if they can easily distinguish the images from a cell phone, they might be able to pick up hand signals, but many/most schools shield their play poster signs. That seems to me they would have limited sightlines depending on the position of the field. If what I'm thinking is true, they would need several people at each game.
Here is a picture of Glen Lake from a vacation a few years ago. I personally haven't been on it, but it is one of the prettiest I've seen in the state.
Haha! Yes I remember the streaker! He had an 'M' on his back and shoes and he did do the Heisman pose in the endzone by the student section. I remember thinking that I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
By far, the worst part for me was taking the samples in to see if there were any swimmers left. The Quest worker looked disgusted when I whispered my answer to her question of 'what was in the bag?'
I enjoyed Michael Spath and Devin Gardner for the past few weeks. They discuss the most recent game, Ibelieve it's available Monday mornings, its called Inside the Huddle on WTKA. That is in addition to the MGOPodcast and Harbaugh's AED.
I had Dish Network and it would go out when there was a heavy rain. Wet snow sticking to it will affect it but I would brush it off. I'm with you, though, I hate Comcast and would be willing to pay more for Dish to avoid them, within reason.
it would help the Pac12 with the "East coast bias". The teams seem to mirror the big ten more than other conferences so it wouldn't be a shock to watch.
We just received a letter from the MDEQ. They are saying the lead levels are testing consistently below the 15 ppb level, I think at 7 ppb. Last I heard they were 1/3 of the way through replacing 18,000+ lines, and they expected it to take over a year, so in the meantime they recommend we keep using our faucet filters until they are done. There are also several sites around the city where residents can get bottled water. I think there may be 8 or so, they are reducing that down to 4.
I think the "2nd level" stuff was how he took their desire to see him in camp, that going to a camp is taken by him as needing to prove himself. maybe the staff said it but I doubt it.
Ok, I never had her but I remember her. If I remember correctly her husband taught Chemistry there. I had Digiacomo, I'm sure I butchered the spelling.
I graduated from High School with Jon so I liked to keep tabs on him in college and in the pros. The first pro game I caught they were still the oilers in Houston the year before the move. He got ejected for punching Jerry Ball in the nuts.
I have this conversation frequently. The biggest reason I am for autonomous vehicles is the growing number of people who consider driving a 1 to 2 ton piece of metal at high speeds to be secondary to looking at their phone. Even if I were the only one in an autonomous vehicle it would at least reduce my stress level.
I had to find the most unitrusive way to get active or it wouldn't work for me. I decided I was watching too much TV, so with the extra time I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Roughly an hour each time and lift, then run a half mile at the end. I try to keep the intensity level to where I'm winded for most of the workout.
I've never been big on junk food but decided to cut back on pop some. I wouldn't handle anything restrictive very well. Saturdays in the fall usually have plenty of pop and chips, but not much throught the week.
I think the biggest thing for me was to not draw some deliberate line in the sand and set myself up for failure. Setting a goal to lose 25 lbs in 3 months, or get 18 inch arms would have discouraged me and I would have quit. It's really been a lifestyle change and a decision that this is what I do now.
Brian, the Tielluminati article was referenced in the book. Were you more aware of what was going on at that point than what you led us to believe you knew then? I guess I'm curious if you were aware of the activities of the lettermen and simply didn't want too much info getting out and spoiling the process.

Ryan Day was right! They are tough and they have the Black Diamond to prove it!
Exactly what I was thinking. I don't condone this but, if true, use a prepaid credit card!

I had hoped Eddie George's chances of winning it tanked after this game.

They are at the Beer Grotto in Ann Arbor on Tuesdays, at 6 or 6:30.

Great armpit check! I still like Utah's better

If you have time I highly recommend touring the stadium and maybe visit Schembechler Hall. Here's a link for tours: http://facilityrentals.ath.umich.edu/index.php/facility-tours/
I took my wife to Pacific Rim for our anniversary a few yesrs ago and really enjoyed it.

I use Roku and haven't had any problems.
Since Darth Vader is my favorite movie villian I don't want to violate him with Izzo. I think Dark Helmet from Spaceballs is a good match.
I'm certain I've seen them available before on secondary markets. The ticket office might be able to direct you, too.
Eat at Frita Batidos, drop your wife off closer and park on 5th for free, which is west of the stadium.

The Original Cottage Inn was good and so is Tomukun Noodle Bar

I always have to sing along with September, great song!
I have a mixture of feelings when Don't Stop Believin' starts playing, embarrassment for everyone singing it and nausea.
I've griped to my wife about this very thing. Not only 40 other Saturdays to get married on, 353 other days in the year. I get 12 all year to enjoy.
I have a wedding at 4.
Stagg vs Yost by John Kryk was a good read.
Ebay, bookit, moe's, homesure lending, the hotel in ann arbor, bad idea t-shirts and asian dating.
From time to time, and it's been a while, I've seen ads for Michigan State or Ohio State related things, which I find annoying.
We finished the season this past weekend. Every episode is better than the previous one. I'm hoping they continue it.
I read the Wilbon article the other day and was looking for a place to comment. Happy to see so many others take issue with it.
Haha, for sure!

I graduated from Carman in '92 as well. What teacher were you working with?
And you're right, Jon was a down to earth, nice guy.

I've always loved Ludington but the drive from Manistee to Empire is incredible. There is a great roadside scenic view just north of Arcadia on M-22.

Yelling 'that girl just smelled her armpit!' was quite random to say during a football game, now I have proof!
