And to Josh Wallace. On the next to last play in OT, the WR pushes off and makes the catch and he is able to recover and make the stop at the 3 setting up the final play.
Another point to consider if you are MHJ, your QB is gone. You have an inexperienced QB throwing your way which could lead to inaccurate throws that put you in a position to get lit up by a safety. No brainer for him.
FSU got SEC-rewed. If Bama had lost to Auburn last week and then beat Georgia, you can bet that Georgia would have been in. Doesn’t matter, go out and beat the Bama and send Saban home.
I think there should be a rule against teams kicking the balL as practice when a timeout gets called. If the timeout happens at the snap ok, but call delay of game for a team doing what they just did. We have done it too at times, I just think there should be some penalty for taking a warm up kick that far after the whistle.
I feel good about our program in that if someone hires a PI to look for dirty laundry and all they can find is a low level coach going rogue and doing something that has little advantage is all they can find.
Would love for this to mean the end of Ryan Day at OSU, then Urban decides to leave MSU hanging to return to the sideline in Columbus and we are able to beat him down until he "medically retires" again.
I suspect the hit he took to the chest was in the spot that caused his heart to stop. The trauma of the hit seems to be the trigger of the cardiac arrest. Young pitchers in baseball wear a chest guard to prevent this as there have been a few instances of this happening when hit by a line drive.
Georgia learned nothing from our game against OSU. We didn’t pressure Stroud that much but kept them from getting chunk plays. Blitz doesn’t get to him when he drops back 12 yards and they are letting receivers run free.
There are a lot of people on here with lingering BPONE. After 2 years of beatdowns, do you think the team is worried if OSU gets in the playoff or we have to play them? If we do play them, sure they will do some things differently, but so will we. Bring on whoever wants to play us. Go Blue!
I agree with many of the ones above. A newer one that hit my like a ton of bricks one day was Hurt by Christina Aguilera. Makes me remember my Dad who died over 30 years ago.
Charlie Weis was one who played in High School but not after that. He worked his way up as a GA all the way to the Patriots and then ND. It may not have ended well for him on the field, but he did fine at the bank.
I went to the Montana State - N Colorado game two weeks ago. Saw McCaffrey and Tru Wilson. Wilson played OK but McCaffrey was awful. I can see why the coaches decided to go with Milton over him.
Someone mentioned earlier, but why are so many people against P.J. Fleck. Guy has NFL experience as an assistant, built up 2 programs, can recruit well (had best MAC recruiting classes 4 years in a row). Spent one year as GA at OSU under Tressel, so he knows the rivalry but isn’t a long term Buckeye. He’s young and he would bring some fire and energy. I am not saying he’s the right person, but why the hate?
I'm Old School - 1985-1989 - Cant remember except for basketball and football. Hockey and baseball teams were not good at the time. Was at all of these but the Final Four in 1989.
1. 1989 National Championship vs Seton Hall
2. 1989 Rose Bowl Champs vs USC
3. 1985 OSU - Harbaugh to Kolesar
4. 1989 Final Four vs Illinois - Sean Higgins at the buzzer
5. 1986 Ohio State - Harbaugh guarantee game
6. 1986 Indiana Basketball - Regular season finale vs Bobby Knight. Blew out IU to win Big Ten title.
7. 1985 Notre Dame - my first football game as freshman
8. 1986 Iowa - Mike Gillette GW FG
9. 1988 Michigan State - Mike Gillette fake punt TD
10. 1988 Football vs Illinois - Clinched Rose Bowl
Bielema seems perfect for MSU. Arkansas is basically the MSU of the SEC. Mild success with with a few good years sprinkled in, and an overinflated sense of self-worth in a division with pwer programs. he could go 29-34 at MSU as well.
Wait and see how it plays out. A year ago, not many people knew who Joe Brady was, then LSU goes wild. Joe Moorhead was the next great upcoming coach and then he wasn’t. There are tons of names that appear great and don’t work out. Like Matt Canada a couple years ago. Just because on paper someone looks better doesn’t mean it is a better fit for the program. I trust Harbaugh to know a fit for his staff over someone writing on a message board.
Not that I am a Schiano fan, but can you imagine what he is thinking going back there. He has to look at it and think he left it in a pretty good place and look what they did to it.

"We want Molly" at Yost!
I had 34-20. Was thinking I might nail it if Washington scored late but really didn’t want them too. Too nervous of onside kicks and comebacks.

So if Texas wins big, Georgia wins and FSU wins comfortably, does Texas get left out ?
Riley Leonard is going to ND. Not sure who we want if JJ goes. Hopefully we wont know until after Jan. 8 when we are celebrating.
With regards to Roman's TD, it was called a TD, and the fact that some people say TD and some say interception tells you it can't be overturned.
Isn’t playing Iowa a risk to the health of our players? They have two of our former players who know our signs, you know.
No, it doesn’t

Lions offensive line is getting dominated on every play. Goff is not playing well, but the O-line is really bad today.
That uniform looks good in State College.

I was a senior that year as well. Rose Bowl win and National Championship in basketball. Good times on South U.
For fun, we should turn over a laptop or phone with tons of photoshopped conversations between the NCAA and Mel Tucker.
Agreed. That would be a big fuck you too the NCAA. You want to investigate our Coach for stealing signals, we’re going to give him a new contract.
Back when USC won on the Bush Push of Matt Leinert, supposedly ND didn't mow the grass leading up to that game.

I am sure Notre Dame is already getting the field ready for Marvin Harrison Jr and Emeka Egbuka.
If you add Cal and Stanford, you can have 2 divisions:
West-USC, UCLA, Cal, Stanford, Washington, Oregon, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin
East-Michigan, MSU, OSU, PSU, MD, Rutgers, Indiana, Purdue, Illinois, Northwestern
Going to see Macklemore in October, but I am excited to see Aerosmith on their farewell tour in November. Can't believe they are still going.
OSU- Jack Nicklaus and Gary Moeller
MSU- Kirk Gibson and my wife
Back before McNabb, I still have nightmares of Ricky Foggie ending our unbeaten season in 1986.

Tackle right in the middle of the line
Who knows what targeting is anymore? I sure don’t.

We win this game with Corum. His ability to bounce plays outside would have killed their crashing linebackers.
and the refs sucked.
We miss Corum so much. His ability to bounce plays against this D would be a game changer.
That was their scripted drive after the first 3 and out. Now adjust.

I saw him play against Montana State this year in person. He was awful. 14 of 24 for 99 yards, 1 TD and 3 ints.
Don’t know why Alabama even attempts a pass. I would go tempo and run it down their throats until they stop it.
I went to the Montana State - N Colorado game two weeks ago. Saw McCaffrey and Tru Wilson. Wilson played OK but McCaffrey was awful. I can see why the coaches decided to go with Milton over him.
So if Jedd does well at Arizona and somehow becomes the next Michigan coach, he brings Don Brown back with him?
The CC defenders were trying to pull him into the end zone. Great move by them. The TE was trying to knock the defender off them.
Except in 1973 it wasn’t OSUs fault, it was MSU that cast the deciding vote.
And Iowa capitalized on Franklins stupidity. 24-7 Iowa
Franklin is an idiot. Goes for it on 4th and 2 near midfield with 53 seconds to go. Turns it back over to Iowa who leads 17-7

Coombs is going back to OSU. They are just waiting until the Titans finish their season before naming him.
