Alright, I'll be the one to say it. I don't feel right seeing all the praise without at least mentioning the awful. While it's tragic he passed at such a young age, let's not forget the man also beat his ex girlfriend to a pulp.
Yeah, believe it or not. Not all these kids bleed blue like we do. He'll have dozens of other spots he can go and find a guaranteed spot. Welcome to college football in 2024.
Anyone who thought we woul dodge the portal by not losing at least a few contributors and potentially more than that after the countless staffing changes, you we're being naive.
This really isn't all that difficult for me. If he plays the Lions, I want him to have an epically bad game. If he's playing someone else, go be great. Same way I felt about Stafford

🤣 🤣 1st overall in a heavy QB needy draft with several elite prospects at the position, and you think MG would have gone 1? Not even a miniscule shot that would have happened. Like zero percent
His hot take attitude will grind on you eventually. He filled in for Rico on the Valenti show awhile back. First 2 shows were incredible, then took a steep decline after that and Mike had to carry the show as always. (Yes, I'm one of the rare UM fans that like Valenti and find him consistently entertaining.)
Hopefully he find his groove in the morning and it works out.
If true, then he was looking for a reason to go with Jim. I have a hard time believing this but if accurate, it's so ridiculous that I don't mind him getting a no thanks from Warde
Lame. The guy was 1 year into the richest contract in the ncaa for his job position. At some point you have to say no. This tells me he wanted the Chargers gig more than he wanted to stay here. If he wanted to be here, he'd be here.
I've never seen a fanbase lose its mind so easily. Relax folks. Moore has a chance to build this thing his way now with his personality behind hires and day to day activity. Jim's gone, it's Moore's show now. If a S&C coach was is this detrimental, it wasn't going to work anyway
You're not serious are you? Lmao. Most teams don't utilize!!! Where did this silly narrative come from about the NFL and S&C? I'm guess some "insider" put this in one of their blog and people somehow bought into it
This is the price of success folks. If you want to continue to be an elite program, you need to get used to staff moving up. And yes, as much as we don't wanna believe it, the nfl is a promotion
It's the NFL, some people want to reach the highest level of their profession. Not everyone sees themselves working in AA for 30 years as much as we all want to believe they do. UM is a great gig, it's not the pinnacle.
I'm shocked at this thought that JJ would announce either way tonight. Has nobody watched this team this year? Zero percent chance any of these guys would have made tonight about them and take focus away from the team. Shocked I tell you....shocked
Problem is he's on a zero tolerance policy after his previous acts of idiocy. If a strength and conditioning coach was concerned enough to go to HR, that's not good. He'll always be a legend at Michigan and I thank him for the success he did have as HC, but sometimes it's just time to part ways.
Agreed, HC suspended 6 games in total and for 1000th win and one of the biggest games in program history this weekend, Connor Stallions, Chris Partridge, booster involvement, and much more likely to come. But yes, confirmed not a shit show, perfectly normal. Come on guys, this is a complete disaster off the field. Forgot about vehemently demanding due process and then completely changing course, wonder what happened? I love this team, but Jim has a disaster on his hands and will be very lucky to be coaching here next season
Might also have something to do with the mess that is our program off the field. If hebwas 50/50 with LSU and us, it's not a money cannon that would change his mind, it's our shit show

Edwards could win the Heisman and very likely not be a 1st round pick. Probably not even a 2nd round pick
We're stupid enough to do it when it comes to leading our country, why not our basketball team?
Probably true. However, when it comes to Isaiah, my general rule of thumb is to remind myself that he doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground
While gifted in many many ways, when it comes to top end speed, he just isn't that. Is what it is. Probably go anywhere from round 3 to round 5 imo.
I'll get over someone not taking a post of mine on a silly message board seriously. It'll be hard, but I'll get through the day somehow

All time exposed comment right here. Laugh out loud bad. I mean, could not have gone worse. Read the article before being critical next time
He's not expected to play baseball
Stop being a pussy. He offered people jobs and they found those jobs to be of better opportunity. It's life, overcome it.
Not worried about a guy who won't play a down of football for 2 more years
Clink and Elston Co dc. Onward
A 10 year deal

This narrative we've somehow developed on this topic is laugh out loud funny

Very logical and stable comment. Jesus, breath people. Ya'll imploding. This is the price of success.

"Doesn’t strike me as wanting to setup Sherrone for success."
The snowflake mentality of this fanbase is showing its ass right now. He was great, he moved on, we move on.
Next man up people.
The portal is open now
🤣 🤣 🤣 is all I can think to type
Oakland hasn't been in play for years
Is water wet??
Yes, yes you do. The culture of this program is its biggest strength. You don't abandon that to go outside when you have a guy already in the building
I'm shocked at this thought that JJ would announce either way tonight. Has nobody watched this team this year? Zero percent chance any of these guys would have made tonight about them and take focus away from the team. Shocked I tell you....shocked
Barrett is the only answer
Lame
If you need an uplift about Domani Jackson not coming to Michigan, you got some issues fella
Why do we do this? How about the odds are the kid just liked Bama more?? Ya'll are freaking weird sometimes
That's pretty much true.
Problem is he's on a zero tolerance policy after his previous acts of idiocy. If a strength and conditioning coach was concerned enough to go to HR, that's not good. He'll always be a legend at Michigan and I thank him for the success he did have as HC, but sometimes it's just time to part ways.
With all due respect, who the flip cares? On to Bama
Is this a real question? It would be irresponsible not to wait
