If Juwan is somehow still…

If Juwan is somehow still employed at UM after the season is over...

It's not just Vanderbilt. UF…

It's not just Vanderbilt. UF, UGA, and TAMU are solid schools, and now they're getting Texas. I think the top ranked schools in the Big 12 now are SMU and USF at #89.

Juwan, is that you?

Juwan, is that you?

I wish UM could bring back…

I wish UM could bring back Beilein because this shit is almost unwatchable. UM is regressing under Howard.

Art Schlichter for QB - kind…

Art Schlichter for QB - kind of a lowlife

Robert Reynolds LB - choked Wisconsin QB Jim Sorgi, injuring his trachea . It must be noted that 8 years later in 2011, he publicly apologized for his actions and stated that he and Sorgi made amends.

As a Pats fan, I can't hate Mike Vrabel. Also, Maurice Clarett has turned his life around and called out the sign stealing allegations against UM as bullshit.

One of the worst-looking…

One of the worst-looking injuries in sports history. I wish him a full and speedy recovery.

Possibly the worst I ever saw was 2010 Houston WR Patrick Edwards running into a cart in a game at Marshall. He later sued MU because why tf did they have a cart just parked on the side of the field? Just painful to watch.

Relax, it's sports.

I also…

Relax, it's sports.

I also have a UM degree and guess what? The whole thing is bullshit. One rogue low-level assistant who might have done something other teams do but in an extreme way that might be against the rules.

Right, we're QAnon on the road to another January 6th.

Good on her, but the fact…

Good on her, but the fact remains that he's not coaching against OSU.

Not good enough. And I want Petitti to be living in a trashcan.

I still can't get over how…

I still can't get over how that imbecile Dennis Dodd wrote that Tony Petitti handled the situation masterfully.

Yes, the halfwit actually shat out that opinion from his brain asshole.

A whole fucking season? Hell…

A whole fucking season? Hell, sign me on to the lawsuit!

I hear that Michigan's…

I hear that Michigan's dossier also says that Trang Pak made out with Coach Carr (not that one).

If that's in fact him,…

If that's in fact him, Connor Stalions is a rogue fucking moron. Michigan shouldn't have to pay because of his idiocy and obsessiveness.

I'm so sorry for your loss…

I'm so sorry for your loss. May his memory be a blessing.

Pissconsin brought it upon…

Pissconsin brought it upon themselves. The main mistake Michigan made was not beating their asses on the court. Gard is a prick who can eat shit.

I would love to see Michigan send a big Fuck You to Pissconsin and the rest of the Big Ten by not even suspending Howard at all. I'd love to see the little bitches at State Penn and MSU cry about it.

Good. Send a big fuck you to…

Good. Send a big fuck you to Pissconsin and don't suspend him either.

I'd say that Illinois, in…

I'd say that Illinois, in general, is more like Glass Joe.

Props to Boris Johns, Jr…

Props to Boris Johns, Jr. for a great effort.

(Yes, I realize the author may have been thinking of Boris Johnson, but I find it amusing nonetheless.)

I mean, there's only the…

I mean, there's only the risk of an outbreak of a potentially fatal virus with possible lingering, debilitating symptoms at the NCAA tournament among unpaid athletes, but sure.

Remind me, where did you get your doctorate?

I'm not sure there should be…

I'm not sure there should be anymore Muppets until we beat OSU in football. I disagree with my own statement, but that's how crushing Saturday's loss has been.

It was good. The Force

It was good. The Force Awakens was too derivative but it provided that important first spark to get the third trilogy off the ground. The Last Jedi definitely feels new and original but it does have a strange episodic rather than epic feel. It's a little slow and too long and it leaves some biting questions unanswered, but overall it's pretty damn good.

Fuck it, the porgs are cute, but they're no BB-8.

Quasi-not-really-spoiler: I almost teared up when I saw the "In Loving Memory" tribute to Carrie Fisher, may she rest in peace.

Godfather offer?

TAMU is sending Luca Brasi to do negotiations? "Either your brains or your signature will be on this contract."

Haslam needs to sell the team

Haslam needs to sell the team because he runs a dysfunctional organization. As long as that front office is operating the way it is, Cleveland will be a place where NFL careers go to die.

The 2nd half was frustrating

The 2nd half was frustrating to watch, but I don't want Harbaugh to open up too much of the playbook for Wisconsin. It's a young team with a young QB, so there's possibly a limited playbook to begin with. Keep as much close to the vest as you can.

Well, Dave Brandon was

Well, Dave Brandon was already fired 3 years ago.

Oh wait, with that talk of Papa John's, well, you know.

"This article is an April Fools' Joke. This did not actually happen, and we would be surprised if it did. Hopefully you at least got a chuckle out of it."

In case you didn't, you know, figure it out right away. And as with most pranks on April Fools Day, it wasn't funny.

Ah forget it

Oh God she was awesome.

Oh God she was awesome. Someone mentioned her wit. She openly challenged taboos when it came to discussing Hollywood, mental health, drug addiction, and so on. Oh, and she was Princess fucking Leia. Plus she was in When Harry Met Sally, another favorite of mine.

In the last two weeks, Alan Thicke, George Michael, and now Carrie Fisher. Not a good time for beloved 80s icons.

I wonder how long before

I wonder how long before butthurt Sparty fans send him messages telling him they hope he tears his ACL?

I thought it was very good,

I thought it was very good, not great. I didn't care that much about the characters, but I like that it was different. (It doesn't help that I saw it on a huge Imax screen that felt like watching on a TV from a foot away.) Don't get me wrong, I loved The Force Awakens and especially the characters, but it was not very original.

The droid and the blind guy were the best though. I was blown away to find out afterward that Moff Tarkin was CGI--I just assumed it was someone who looked like Peter Cushing. Was Princess Leia CGI? I thought she was but then I read somewhere that maybe it was a Norwegian actress, but maybe she was used for motion capture. I loved the movie's explanation for the Death Star's absurd weakness in A New Hope. I didn't really like Felicity Jones, but I'm glad they got rid of some of her awful lines from the original trailers. I personally would have picked Tatiana Maslany for the part. (In case you don't know who she is, she's the star of Orphan Black and one of the best actors of our time, male or female.)

Cincinnati and Louisville.

Cincinnati and Louisville. One nobody can spell, the other nobody knows how to pronounce!

Seriously though, Cincinnati is about 1.5-2 hours away from so many other programs--Louisville, Kentucky, OSU. Cincy should have more rivalries with these programs in basketball and football.

Maybe OSU and Pitt. I also like the Illinois-Mizzou Braggin' Rights rivalry. Temple-Rutgers. Rutgers-BC. I'm a fan of geographic rivalries. Also bring back Maryland-WVU and Maryland-UVA.

Texas-Texas A&M

I hear the A&M fight song even refers to UT. Should be a fun rivalry!

It depends on how you define

It depends on how you define rape. If rape means forced sexual intercourse, then you are correct. But he sexually assaulted the woman by other means of penetration, including a stick IIRC.

There have been cases of police brutality and hazing in the past involving forcible insertion of broom or plunger handles. I apologize for the graphic description, but I think that rape can involve something other than a penis. I am inclined to agree with that definition.

It's OK, you're asking a

It's OK, you're asking a question. The following is alleged: He's a predator. He gained her trust initially. She admits that she had consensual sex with him the first time. Okay, so why go through with the drug plan? Because rape is about power, not a basic need to get laid. Perhaps they could have had consensual sex again, but that's not what he wanted. The drugs were all part of the plan. Once he had her trust, he incapacitated her.

It's similiar to Bill Cosby's MO. IIRC an ex of Cosby's said that he asked her to take sleeping pills so that he could have sex with her while she was asleep.

I think this case is

I think this case is important for the public because it illustrates to those who don't know better that a woman can in fact be raped by someone she has already slept with consensually. Take spousal rape for example--many people deny that it's actually a thing. The guy's a classic predator as far as I can tell without any degree of expertise.

Does anyone know if it is common practice for a rape case to be closed to the public and the media?

Their brother Tyrion is even shorter.

I don't like it. Matt Rhule

I don't like it. Matt Rhule is a really good coach for Temple, but I don't think he will really do well somewhere else. Texas is a whole different ballgame from Philadelphia. If he succeeds, then all the power to him. I am sad to see him leave Temple, so I am a bit biased.

It's absolutely incredible

There was some talk about discontinuing the EMU football program or putting it in a lower division, and all of a sudden they're 6-4. Sure, they're in the MAC, but still an impressive accomplishment, and they can certainly end up 8-4.
