Walker & Crawford
I was thinking the same thing about his wording.
There's been so much talk that Brandon Peters will not see a meaningful snap at Michigan again, that it makes me wonder if he's going to give it one last shot in Fall Camp, and if it looks like he's 3rd string, then he'll transfer.
Michigan and 5* RB's don't mix.
I liked Crawford and will miss him.
Bummer but if the talent behind is so much further ahead, and its best for the players looking to head elsewhere, best of luck.
Walker was the top RB in his class for a while, he had a poor showing at the All American game, but still ended up in the top 150. You could see the talent when he got the ball, just never put it together. Crawford had a great skill set save for the hands.
So, this interior O lineman that is possibly transferring. Any speculation? It's not Big Mike is it?
I was watching Tyrone Wheatley highlights the other day and hoping that Kareem Walker would evolve into a similar back. Bummer. Hopefully, it doesn't negatively affect recruiting in NJ and Cali.
Higdon, Evans and Samuels will rush around 2000 yds this season.
Good Luck to Both.
And neither of them are a "bust".
Crawford contributed and he had his chance last year to "grab" a starting WR spot but, alas, he dro.....
And while Walker never played meaningful minutes, the fact they he avoided Columbus, even though he sacrificed some of his pro potential, and worked hard to make education important, even if it was too late to make him a UofM grad, is a success for me as a UofM fan.
Not many kids in Walker's position would choose the path of academic resistance.
