I kind of like the combo myself - it takes two blog traditions which pair well together and solves the problem of having to adhere to the clamp downs that technically would be done on standalone drinking threads. Also, football. Hopefully, we get one of these dedicated to MACtion yet this year.

They will. The announcers trying to hype it up was only because it's on ABC.

PSU gets their shit kicked in...again.

Night games aren't great on Saturday. However, noon games feature two games with ranked teams. We're obviously 3:30 and Bama/TAMU is at the same time.

The night games aren't terrible, but it won't be like last weekend.

I threw my back out bending over to pick up a sock this morning which is reason enough to drink for me. I can't stand up straight and walking is a chore. I needed help with my bookbag in college today. I used a cart to walk myself through the store for 1 item. I'm 24.

I lived in Seattle for 12 years but actually just moved to Richmond, VA, last week. I don't really understand how the MJ dispensaries operate though. I think the laws around that are still pretty unsettled. I know the ACLU attorney who wrote the decriminalization initiative and I asked her to explain it to me once; she did but I couldn't make heads or tails of what she said.

Still should've been a touchdown, but not a perfect throw and with a gangly kid who looks like he started playing football yesterday, you can kind of see how he falls as he was stumbling just to make the catch.

He looks like that 6th grader that is 6'2 and hasn't "grown into his body."
