06/20/2018 - 10:10pm In all honesty, this is what…

In all honesty, this is what I wanted to do as a career. Have all the inside access to a top program, be able to travel with the team, get all the gear, and be paid for it. Although, doing this job would probably require you to work nearly 14 hour days, 7 days a week sometimes, and that would not nearly make that 80k salary worthwhile, it would still be cool.

06/20/2018 - 8:10pm This is a great, that is…

This is a great, that is exactly what everyone needs to realize too. Its summer, he just finished his sophomore year, he's is gonna grow a ton this summer in particular and even more til he actually signs! WIll probably be 6' or 6'1 when he signs

He's got some good looking film and can only see him getting more and more respect throughout the rest of his time in high school!

06/19/2018 - 2:00pm No it is still michigan. If…

No it is still michigan. If you look to the right side of the page you see the expert predictions, and they are listed under either michigan or penn state and Wiltfongs stands out without the VIP as a UofM prediction

06/18/2018 - 10:38pm I don't either, but do you…

I don't either, but do you call the airport detroit even though its in romulus? Metro detroit gets called detroit for the sake of not having to name every single city within forty miles of it.

06/18/2018 - 10:26pm Super fast kid, great ball…

Super fast kid, great ball skills played WR as well. Should also be in for a heavy ranking bump too from the opening this summer as well. Getting johnson could also be a great piece not just as a player, but also as a recruiting key at St.Johns. We are also recruting their RB Keilian Robinson and 2020 WR Rakim Jarrett, who both are heavily interested in us.

06/18/2018 - 10:01pm Getting the feeling that in…

Getting the feeling that in 2020 (If we recruit them hard enough) we won't even have to leave the state for top WR talent!

06/18/2018 - 9:56pm This is the next big-time DB…

This is the next big-time DB out of detroit. The sub 4.4 forty has been timed multiple places as well, his coverage skills are legit and is as close to the hip as a corner his age can be!

06/01/2018 - 1:01pm I like this list but...

I would change out a few targets. I’d switch Harrod with Keegan solely based on Warinner’s remaining spots at OT. I’d also remove Velasquez, because I’d bet he receives an OSU offer and plays both baseball and football there. Lastly, I’d be very optimistic with Dax Hill and our TE recruiting, look for those to improve with this upcoming season.

05/31/2018 - 10:37pm Play nationally then

its how most teams of their caliber play anyways. You think IMG plays teams locally in florida? No, they go nationally and play the best. SFA should play high level DMV teams and teams of sort within 1000 miles.

05/30/2018 - 9:53pm Yeah I've been seeing that too

I feel like Warinner is probably going to try and key on Keegan, Benhart, and probably some higher ranked tackle/s exclusively since the rest of the class is pretty much done in his position group. Thanks for the info

05/30/2018 - 9:27pm Where/When he say that?

I haven't been listening to WTKA recently. FInishing the Class with Benhart and Keegan would be crazy!

05/30/2018 - 9:00pm Just linked his tape

it is very impressive to say the least.

05/29/2018 - 6:24pm I am so tired of these articles

Each team has been filled with some type of short-coming. If our punter would have just kept the ball, we would have beaten MSU in 2015, if we get a stop in the OSU game in 2016 we go to the playoff, If we have a competent QB last year, we win 10 games and probably beat MSU. There may be a ton of "If's" but its true. The blame is gonna be on harbaugh but in all honesty, the luck and crappy situations turned the heat up, and that is why he is constantly faced with these types of articles.

05/25/2018 - 9:16pm I feel I’m repeating myself

but everyone needs to calm down on Dobbs, I’ve seen him in person and can not understand how he is ranked as high as he is. In all honesty he might be a camp circuit guy for how high he was ranked. Also we wanted him as a DT, that should tell you something about how the staff evaluated him. If he did come here though, he would have to bulk up and move inside at guard, and compared to some other five star guard prospects, he lacks behind. One recruit projected at the same spot (OG) I would be mad about losing is Zach Carpenter, that kids tape and physicals look to be a future All-American. Also, Coach warinner has been turning up the heat on OT recruits lately and Trevor Keegan to be exact. I’d say with the addition of those two and possibly a surprise OT commit or Harrod, if we still in fact want him, our OL class this year could be outstanding. And another point, I know every year we say “wait til next year” but 2020’s OL signing class could be REALLY good too, warinner has begun to put his mark on things already.

05/23/2018 - 8:28pm I don't understand all the hype

on dobbs. I have watched him play in person and on film, and I can honestly say he is not that impressive. All the crying ranking fiends on here are just looking at the fifth star he holds. Stars really fool people. 2016 I watched MSU WR Cody White play in high school and he tore up the opposing teams, it then translated to MSU as a freshman. Talent is talent, and the in pads eye test is much more telling than a no pads camp setting with all reps being 1on1's. I trust a veteran coaches scouting report versus a journalists camp based/highlight based ranking. These recruting sites may get a few of these players right but they may only get to one quarter or less of football per these players to justify and collect their opinions of them.

05/22/2018 - 7:24pm What this article fails to understand

is that the offense is not going to be the same as last year. Harbaugh has been very vocal about changing the offensive style to something that can fit into Shea's strengths. Also, I don't exactly know what they are saying about his mechanics. I have watched a ton of film on him and I used to play Qb back in the day and can say with confidence, they are not an issue. Shea might have the best mechanics in the big ten this year, and is proven to have them.

05/22/2018 - 7:08pm This is not going to happen

If you follow recruitng heavily, there is a very slim chance of getting Emery out of the boot and away from LSU, who is currently the leader in his recruitment. Next, crouch is another early option that is going to be heading elsewhere, his former coach was the only reason we were in that race and now he's gone. Crouch will be staying in the south either at UT or Clemson.

05/22/2018 - 7:01pm Wanted to pair him with another great back

I really want/wanted us to sign a pair of him and one of the following: Derrian Brown, John Emery, Steele Chambers, or Jarrion Ealy. My preference would be him and Steele Chambers or him and Brown. Either one of those pairings would be game changing.

05/20/2018 - 6:14pm I agree 100%

“The Game” for some of these teams just hasn’t been emphasized enough. I have seen pictures of OSU having practice and their scout team is wearing make-shift Michigan uniforms, their whole fan base lives for this game and the players place X’s over M’s during game week. They have the mindset to hate us. We seem like just because we have two other rivals it doesn’t matter as much and we are better cause we are Michigan. I wanna see these players talking shit and borderline fighting OSU’s players on/off the field. There is a video of the two in the tunnel pregame doing this and that is what the attitude must be. We seem too passive and have to reciprocate their hatred back. They always gr more intense, more ready, and want it more. We on the other hand act as if we are turning our cheek and playing it off. What if in 2016 this type of fire was in our players, JT being short might never of happened, last year we might have won too had o’korn had the fire and played like he did at Purdue. It just seems like we have no killer attitude and are soft, one thing MSU does that I have respect for is that even though they might seem inferior, they come wanting blood, dantonio lights a fire in them and they wanna kill us, we just need that. By making this game and other rivalry games more prioritized we might actually win them because the players will understand the level they need to be at and the intensity the they should have. Even coach Harbaugh had it, he declared a win before they played and they won, because he was fired up and wanted to beat them that much more.

05/17/2018 - 10:49pm Give that man (Ty Rogers) a Raise

His videos have been out of this world good. Not to mention, he is their only video media guy on payroll. Imagine if the their media department had a few other guys to collaborate with Ty and Aaron Bills, could be unbelievable.

05/15/2018 - 2:07pm Personally

I draw a conclusion somewhat like the OP's. All of these cars are the same, it basically doesn't matter what brand of car you get, the differences of each brand are so small. Each and every one of these big car manufacturers are just building clones at this point and its sad to see that there is no creative designs, like the high priced sports car industry or even cars back in the day. I just want to look at a car and be able to classify it by its looks, not the badge that is plastered on it. This is another reason why I miss cars like the hummer. You could visually see it and hear it coming, and could tell it apart from everything else on the road. It had its own unique build and no car on the market replicated it. I think what I'm saying is, that these car brands aren't making an effort anymore to seperate themselves, and it is watering down the car industry for all of us.

05/06/2018 - 6:44pm Really, really like his tape

Been watching a lot of 2020 QB film lately and his is one that is sneaky good. We are in a very good spot with some very good QB’s in that class so it’s going to be interesting to see who they sign. Also, on another note harrison Bailey is currently favored to us In Crystal balls and is making a trip up here soon. Like I said before, interesting!

05/03/2018 - 11:28pm The Ben Bash Bros

Like the mighty ducks

04/30/2018 - 8:58pm More coming

Look for 2-3 more commits on the OL in the future. Although we may get only 2 more, guys like William Harrod, Trevor Keegan, and Zach Carpenter are names to keep a close eye on in the coming months, especially carpenter. I’d say this class is somewhat of a makeup class for missed opportunities from the last two classes to build up depth. I love me some big uglies so keep’em coming.

04/27/2018 - 12:42am Maybe this is too optimistic but...

I could see 5-7 Michigan boys going in the 1st-2nd round next year if they all declare. Just to list them: Gary, Patterson, Bush, Winovich, Long, Hill, Bredeson, and maybe more if this team plays as well as we think.

04/25/2018 - 5:39pm Nope DL

He was thought of as a possible guard out of high school, but it has been said that he is having a really good spring. Should be pretty decent down the line on that defense.

04/23/2018 - 6:57pm Trente Jones

So did Trente Jones, he moved into the top 200 on ESPN.

04/22/2018 - 2:47pm In regards to O-Line recruiting

it seems like the OL class is going to better than a lot of us think. We are in the top-3 or lead for  some really good players. I think we finish off the class with Zach Carpenter, Trevor Keegan, and another player to be named or Barnhart. That would be a very good class to move forward with. Also, for the star gazers, Trente Jones will become a Mid-200's, possibly 100's ranked player by signing day. Stewart will also be up for a ratings bump, as is Zach Carpenter whom I believe will be a top 300 prospect. So that would mean we could possibly sign 4 4-stars and 2 3-stars.

04/20/2018 - 12:29pm I'm gonna say Longhorns here

It makes a ton of sense in regards to both A) Location, because he is from Texas, and B) Because Herman is a Urbanite, the Offense that he runs down there is very similar to what Urban runs at OSU. I think that it would be like him going to OSU for fit, but to a better location. Also, it would probably give some of us a little ease off of the thoughts of him playing against us for 2 years.

04/19/2018 - 12:46am Zordich is Old School

All he said was that he is not going to wait for Hill to get healthy in order to have guys ready. He is just tired of seeing his 2nd best corner be consistantly hurt. Last year he said the secondary was garbage and then both Hill and Long put up All-American numbers, so I would not look into this at all. Crowell is just butt hurt and hates michigan. Don't worry about the recruits out of that school and don't worry about trying to get Dobbs or anyone else cause it ain't gonna happen anyway.

04/17/2018 - 3:28pm Still has his posts up

I looked up his Instagram and he has videos up and Screenshots of his tweets on his story. In the videos he is rapping but it seems like there is a screw loose. I hope he gets some help, he doesn't look right mentally.

04/16/2018 - 10:09pm We lead for

Hintons younger brother who is a 5-Star, Kevin Pyne, and sorry, we don’t lead for Paris Johnson but that’s going to be an interesting recruitment.

04/16/2018 - 8:32pm For all the star gazers

This 2019 OL class in general for the country is not too strong. This is going to be a class where teams are gonna pick up these lower ranked studs like this. Stewart’s film is really, really solid so I like this pick up a ton. Our class is looking really strong right now.

Again, don’t be too worried about stars because 2020’s OL class is looking real strong and we look to be leading for 3 top25 lineman as well.

04/16/2018 - 7:43pm Had Stewart

On the the list. Kinda counts I guess!

04/16/2018 - 6:13pm Possibilities

1.Marcel Lewis

2.Karsen Barnhart

3.Zach Carpenter

4.Jack Stewart

1000. Zach Harrison

04/15/2018 - 6:23pm Crystal Ball may be in his favor..

However he might not really be a take at the moment. They are sitting really well with some really good OL right now and we still have 10 months till signing day. Ex: Zach Carpenter, Xavier Truss, Trevor Keegan and so on..

04/15/2018 - 6:18pm He was really short

His list height said probably 5’10 but in reality he was about 5’8ish.

04/15/2018 - 4:13pm Height/Weight

He personally told Adam Ghabour from The Wolverine Lounge he is 5'10 165. So, he is not 148 guys.

04/15/2018 - 4:09pm Hinton

is basically a closed case to being moved inside. That is why they weren't hesitant to accept Newbergs pledge, they might end up moving him to SDE if he is a WDE. Basically Hinton is going to do what Carlo Kemp did and move from an Edge to 3 Tech.

04/09/2018 - 11:58pm Ill be there

Nice and early

04/09/2018 - 11:57am Ranking Bump

He is set for a significant rise in ranking. He was just at the Adidas 7on7 tournament with a lot of head scouting site representatives in attendance, and preformed really really well.

04/08/2018 - 6:55pm *

04/08/2018 - 6:55pm Interesting enough

In an article by Dawgnation.com, he said that he really is not that interested in Georgia. He views himself to be talented enough to start as a freshman or redshirt freshman. If he went to georgia he would have to sit behind Fields for at least 3 years if fields redshirts, and probably the next QB that georgia takes in 2019. He also said that he was a Florida fan when he was younger, so that rivalry makes more of a difference. I like Michigans chances here.

04/08/2018 - 5:38pm True, but...

This kid has been on the hype radar for a long time. If you watch his highlights, he has the best motions and mechanics outta the 2020 class. He was considered to be a possible 5-star candidate early on and I think he may be a kid to rise up instead of fall.

04/07/2018 - 9:35pm Personally (insert my take..)

1. I think that we are all surprised about the way we viewed Pep. He s Uber intelligent and we know now what his worth is.

2. Harbaugh is awkward as hell. Their are moments in the show that made me cringe, but most people know that.

3. Reactions and pre-game was filled down by Harbaugh and Pep because their was a camera on them 95% of the time. Don brown doesn’t exactly have to worry about that so much.

4. Drevno was excluded for a reason. We all wondered why the show took so long. Well maybe the reason was, they needed time to edit the people who left out.

5. Seems like both Wilt and JOK were just as I expected. They are constantly in the mold of the rich white boy. They both had a distorted view of reality.

6. DON FREAKING BROWN. If I was a top100 recruit, that is thee man I would play for.

7. Rashan Gary won over the hearts of any and every fan who watched. He is the true definition of a Michigan man.

8. Jack Harbaugh. Glad he is around, if you have watched to the end, his speech was something else.

9. Update the facilities. I know we got even more money to update Schembechler hall, but my god compared to the best of the best, we are really far behind In terms of being high tech and appealing. It still looks really old.

10. Get them boys into better dorms. Not a great look for recruits to show them south quad. Ugly, get them some Kentucky basketball type dorms near schem.

04/07/2018 - 9:21pm Sameeeee

That’s exactly my thoughts as well. They need some Kentucky b-ball money move and build athletes their own dorm area.

04/06/2018 - 1:47am Note on Harbaugh

It seems like the reports on him having hip issues are founded. Watch in any episode of him walking, you can easily spot a limp in his step. My dad had hip issues and a had a replacement and Harbaugh is walking exactly how my dad did before surgery. So, I think some of his issues he was having might have been medical ones as well as mental.

04/06/2018 - 1:41am Same

Those are the feelings I’m getting from the show. Harbaugh seems a bit odd in some cases. Don brown is amazing.
