You’re so predictable Maizen

Also, Maizen, if you can let me know how there seems to be the exact same amount of 5 stars each year and there are never more or less, that would be great. It’s crazy that with millions of high school football players, there is pretty much the exact same number of elite kids each year

You’re a shitty poster

02/12/2019 - 3:58pm Were Ohio State and Florida…

Were Ohio State and Florida really that much better than PSU and ND? We’ve got a lot of revisionist history with regards to our defense after those last two games, like OSU and Florida were unstoppable juggernauts and every other team just sucked leading up to them. Haskins was definitely better than other QBs we faced, but OSU scored, what, 8 touchdowns more than what we were allowing? I don’t buy that OSU was 40 points better than any team we played last year

02/12/2019 - 11:57am I mean, the top defense in…

I mean, the top defense in college football let up a billion points and yards in two straight games after dominating all year long. That’s proof that something changed I would assume

02/05/2019 - 9:26pm While this is true, it’s not…

While this is true, it’s not because of Illinois. They are really awful

Regressed how?

Zelda: Breath of the Wild is probably one of the best games I’ve played for the Switch. I’m probably going to try to beat it again soon

02/04/2019 - 11:50am Lol Maizen. Do you still…

Lol Maizen. Do you still think Michigan won’t be successful under Beilein because he can’t recruit?

We also beat their ass at Crisler as well

02/02/2019 - 4:23pm NC Stare had 3 field goals…

NC Stare had 3 field goals the entire second half. They had 5 points in the final 18:35 of the game. NC State was a ranked team before this game!

01/30/2019 - 9:55pm None of what you said is in…

None of what you said is in opposition to the statement “Bridges hurt his draft stock by coming back for his sophomore year.”

01/30/2019 - 11:40am DJ Wilson and GR3 were much…

DJ Wilson and GR3 were much more athletic than both Poole and Iggy. Poole and Iggy are awesome college players but neither are elite athletes. Stats don’t mean as much to the NBA as potential and athleticism. It’s why Cassius Winston could be the national player of the year and not get drafted

01/26/2019 - 11:05pm So what was the difference…

So what was the difference between the bowl game and the MSU or OSU game? If you say that the other two games help us win the B10, then you’ve just created an argument that, since OSU is always the last game of the year, if we aren’t playing them with a chance to win the B10, you’re fine with anyone sitting it out. I could even question, if we aren’t going to make the playoffs, why would we even care about winning the B10? In the past, we want to win so we can go to the Rose Bowl, which now is just an exhibition, so why do we care if someone like Higdon plays a couple games against cupcakes, then sits out all other games to save himself for the NFL. Also, if Higdon is so worried about injuring himself playing in that one game, football probably isn’t for him. He should play golf or another non contact sport

01/26/2019 - 5:28pm I heard a rumor that it isn…

I heard a rumor that it isn’t impossible to play in both games, thus not giving up on your team and also showing off your skills for the senior bowl. I know it’s crazy to play all your games and not sit them out, but players do it all the time. I’ll look into it, but I’m pretty sure showing off his receiving skills at the senior bowl and playing in our actual bowl game are not mutually exclusive

01/26/2019 - 11:09am Ok, let’s start here: what…

Ok, let’s start here: what makes you think we need to shoot better to win it all?

01/23/2019 - 12:56am All college football games…

All college football games are meaningless with regards to career and risk/benefit for 95% of players, so I’m sure you’d be fine with everyone sitting out every game and we can just play walk ons

01/19/2019 - 3:28pm Do you know the rules?…

Do you know the rules? Because it isn’t a technical foul

01/18/2019 - 11:06am I’m guessing you have never…

I’m guessing you have never read about what Lebron James does in the offseason, have you?

01/11/2019 - 11:49am Why is MSU playing better…

Why is MSU playing better right now? Because they beat a shitty Ohio State team that just lost to .500 Rutger on the road? Beating a shitty Purdue team that hung around with them for 35 minutes by 20 at home?

MSU looks good recently, but Michigan has looked every bit as dominant. Michigan has played at Illinois and NW, home against IN, PSU, and Purdue. MSU has played at OSU and Rutger, home against Purdue Iowa and NW. I suspect they will drop one or both of their next two games at PSU and Nebraska. We have very similar schedules

01/09/2019 - 4:00pm I guess it depends on your…

I guess it depends on your definition of “considerably.” In the 7 years since Meyer was there, MSU beat OSU twice and Iowa and Purdue have beaten them once. PSU also beat them once. We have beaten them zero times and nearly half those years we had clappy clapperson as our coach. I would think that having considerable success against a team would mean more than 1 victory. Since the point was that talent is the reason OSU is so good and the only considerable success we could find amounts to 1 team with two wins and 3 teams with one win over 7 years, I’m guessing those 5 losses were more luck than having more talent. But what do I know. MSU’s 2 victories are super amazing and Meyer should feel awful that MSU was so successful against him

01/09/2019 - 2:02pm Which big 10 teams have had…

Which big 10 teams have had considerably more success against Ohio State?

01/09/2019 - 10:00am Ohio State is trash and…

Ohio State is trash and Purdue is awful. I’m looking forward to hearing MSU fans wonder how PSU played them close and Nebraska beat their ass the next two games

01/09/2019 - 9:55am At this point I think Johns…

At this point I think Johns and Davis are nearly as efficient as Goins, so I’m not too worried about depth. I honestly can’t think of a single position that I would take the MSU player over ours. We are going to eat their lunch all game. Izzo nonstop yelling at them is just going to be the icing on top

01/09/2019 - 12:23am I got to watch Sparty…

I got to watch Sparty tonight for the first time. Their strength is also our strength in that Winston and Ward will be swallowed up by X and Teske. I am also really going to like watching that weenie white hateable dickhead try to guard Poole or Iggy (whichever Langford isn’t on when he comes back). We are going to wreck MSU so I hope they keep winning and we can crush their dreams twice in 3 weeks

01/08/2019 - 9:14pm I’ll ask it again because…

I’ll ask it again because you obviously are now just talking out of your ass: which of our early enrollees would have left because of the Florida game or the coaches going to OSU? Other than you really wanting it to happen, what gives you any reason to believe any of our recruits would leave the class? What about the Florida game would push them away if they hadn’t already left after the OSU game? And you think that hot take is good?

01/08/2019 - 5:29pm “Quality wins” are your…

“Quality wins” are your words, not mine. Unless you meant that losing to the only 3 quality teams we played is different than not having any quality wins. Which you didn’t.

Also, I’m not actually sure what you’re arguing at this point. I am curious as to what recruits you think would have bolted our class if they had gotten to see us play Florida though. Because outside of saying we lost to the only good teams we played, you said we wouldn’t have had the #1 class if they would have seen the Florida game and our two coaches leaving

01/08/2019 - 4:08pm Both of the team I listed…

Both of the team I listed were ranked in the final polls. Just because you have an agenda and can’t admit that beating ranked teams count as quality wins, that doesn’t mean they weren’t actual quality wins.

Also, you’re the fucking idiot who said Penn State got beat by Kentucky, like, in football, so obviously they weren’t good. You know who else got beat by Kentucky? Florida, the same team you said was one of only 3 good teams we played. As I said before, your hot takes are shit. I’m excited to now hear why Florida is a “quality win” for Kentucky but PSU still sucks

01/08/2019 - 2:21pm And by “only 3 games against…

And by “only 3 games against quality opponents,” you mean “only 3 games we lost and I’m looking to make excuses as to why kicking the shit out of ranked PSU and beating ranked NW on the road aren’t wins against quality opponents.” This board is filled with whiny bitches with awful hot takes.

01/07/2019 - 1:31pm I don’t wish him the best or…

I don’t wish him the best or any luck if he goes to OSU

01/07/2019 - 11:55am I’m surprised there is only…

I’m surprised there is only one mention of CWebb. He cleaned the boards and had a lot of blocks. Was he not a good on the ball defender? I always thought him and Howard were really good defenders

01/06/2019 - 3:44pm Haskins isn’t a good QB. He…

Haskins isn’t a good QB. He’s going to be the first QB off the board and probable top 5 pick in the draft. He can carve up nearly any defense he faces regardless of defensive coordinator

01/04/2019 - 9:30pm He said he hopes he’s a bust…

He said he hopes he’s a bust, not that he becomes a homeless bum. If he is a bust, Michigan has a better chance to win. Plus he can fall back on his amazing OSU degree if he fails at football. I’m surprised you could reach your keyboard to type that response from up on that high horse

01/02/2019 - 2:39pm So your argument is that…

So your argument is that moving Gentry to TE, which he played well enough to declare early for the NFL draft, was a bad move by Harbaugh because you would rather see him compete at QB, not because you think he is a good QB, but so we can recruit good QBs in the future? Man, the trolls are getting out of hand. Why not get pissed at Harbaugh for not moving a TE to QB to compete?

01/02/2019 - 2:18pm Having a different opinion…

Having a different opinion doesn’t mean you’re trolling, you being a troll and trolling means you’re trolling

01/01/2019 - 9:03pm So you are going to give up…

So you are going to give up on financially supporting the team? Why not do that right now? I find it tough to believe you continued to buy season tickets through RichRod and Hoke and now is when you decide Michigan football is a lost cause. Actually, I don’t just find it tough to believe, I find it impossible to believe. As in you’re making this up. Yes, Harbaugh year 5 is when you decide you’ve had enough and finally cancel your family's decade long season tickets. Fuck off.

01/01/2019 - 4:40pm Lol, please just get rid of…

Lol, please just get rid of your season tickets now so we can get some fans who aren’t whiny band wagon fans

12/31/2018 - 1:26pm That’s my point though. The…

That’s my point though. The last two games shouldn’t matter because this board of super passionate and always leave headed fans deemed the bowl game meaningless. Until it isn’t and we lose and now our coach should be fired. I’m a super passionate fan but I’m not a reactionary pussy after we lose. It’s crazy, but I can be disappointed and still actually have a reasoned opinion

12/30/2018 - 8:45pm This board is awful with the…

This board is awful with the hawt takes the last couple weeks. The week before the bowl game when we found out people were sitting out and quitting on the team, the game didn’t mean anything and it was a glorified exhibition game. The day after the game, Harbaugh should be fired because of the bowl game and we should go after all those amazing national championship coaches who are everywhere you look as long as you throw 15 million a year at them. This board has been unreadable the last 2 weeks

12/26/2018 - 9:17pm Because as Michigan fans we…

Because as Michigan fans we want our team to be the best it can be and that is easier to achieve with all the good players playing. If no one cares about games, why don’t we just make games for fun so guys can just sit out a couple years, perform well at the combine, and then they can save every meaningful snap for the NFL.

If players just start sitting out whatever game they want, we can expect a lot more Rashan Gary’s. Play for a year, then sit out most of the next year and then declare for the draft.

Your mom shows up for rivalry games

12/18/2018 - 3:07pm I still haven’t gotten an…

I still haven’t gotten an answer to “how would this board feel if Cole, Hurst, and Hammer Panda sat out the OSU game two years ago because we weren’t going to win the B10 or get to the playoffs?” I’m guessing we will all have a shit fit and rightly so.

If Gary sits the bowl game out, I can now rightfully question if he could have played in more games this year because he wasn’t really hurt, he was just voluntarily sitting out because he was thinking about the draft. That’s a pretty shitty thing to do to all your teammates.

12/18/2018 - 2:00pm Michigan has always been…

Michigan has always been picked over other teams for certain bowls because it’s known we travel well. I can’t help think that if the players start treating these games like exhibitions and sit them out, the fans will stop caring about them as much. Slippery slope and all, but when will we start to become MSU where no one cares about football unless we are competing for a B10 championship/national championship? And for those who are just positive that we have so many die-hard fans that traveling to bowl games and selling out our stadium won’t be a problem, then isn’t players sitting out a big “fuck you” to anyone that pays to watch them and a bigger “fuck you” to anyone on the team that isn’t going to get drafted?

12/18/2018 - 1:28pm I’m sure Michigan football…

I’m sure Michigan football fans would have loved Cole and Hurst and Hammer Panda sitting out the OSU game 2 years ago because we weren’t going to win the B10 or get to the playoffs.

if kids are super worried about getting injured in a game that counts as much as any non-conference game, maybe they shouldn’t play football. Or just play one or two games in the year and voluntarily sit the rest out because they have a good draft grade

12/16/2018 - 1:06am So should we have done this…

So should we have done this two years ago when we played Ohio State? We weren’t going to the playoffs and we couldn’t win the B10. Should Hurst and Cole and Hammer Panda have said fuck it and sat out the rest of the year to get ready for the NFL? Yeah, I’m sure our fanbase would have loved half the team sitting out the  OSU game

12/13/2018 - 7:50pm Your mom disappointed me

Your mom disappointed me

12/13/2018 - 7:44pm It’s Maizen, so he can’t…

It’s Maizen, so he can’t wait to post negative recruiting news for Michigan. We should just get used to this until next year when we beat OSU.

12/12/2018 - 3:51pm You know, when you were…

You know, when you were Maizen. Of course you know that though. And all the rest of the board knew as soon as you were wrong about basketball, you would just start on the football team under a different name. You do the exact same thing so it isn’t tough to figure out.

Also, Walker was top 50 to ESPN but only ranked 107 and the 4th best RB nationally to 247. What a scrub. Recruiting rankings were totally right about how horrible he would be

12/12/2018 - 2:58pm Samuels was a 4 star and…

Samuels was a 4 star and Walker was a top 50 recruit that chose us over OSU. It’s crazy that according to you, recruiting rankings are always right....until they aren’t, and then you ignore them and make up an excuse as to why they were wrong. You did the same thing with our basketball recruits right before Beilein took a team with zero recruiting classes better than 30th nationally to the national championship. Are you excited to be super wrong about football this time?

12/10/2018 - 5:10pm He could have been Jake Butt…

He could have been Jake Butt’d In any game this year, so where do we draw the line? Should everyone just sit out against Rutger and Nebraska if they are healthy because they are saving themself for the draft?

If he wants a zero percent chance of getting hurt, he probably shouldn’t be playing football. And if your definition of “exhibition” is that it has no bearing on winning a conference championship or getting into the playoffs, I’m sure you would have been fine with Hurst and Cole and Hammer Panda sitting out the OSU game two years ago, seeing that we weren’t making the playoffs and we couldn’t win the B10. It was an exhibition game the same way this bowl game is

12/10/2018 - 2:52pm I’m going to assume you aren…

I’m going to assume you aren’t traveling to watch them play and that’s why you don’t care if he dresses
