Michigan defeated a very good Rutgers team (sitting at third in the conference) 86-76 in Crisler Arena for their 7th straight B1G win. KBA is awesome, and you idiots calling for her head should show yourselves out now. Congrats ladies and go blue!

In recent news, we discovered another tomb of a Pharoah in Egypt. It referenced how "the children of the Nile are not as they used to be."

Made me wonder. Children of the 60s-80s are now in the "I am old enough to scold you for doing things different" generation. But you guys had countless times where parents from the pre-war era demeaned you. "Flower Children", ""Hippies", "Commies", etc.

The game on Sunday is the 30th anniversary of the 1989 National Champions.

Its head coach in the NCAA Tournament will return to Crisler. I don't think he's been back since he left the court after Michigan's NIT Second Round win over Oklahoma State on March 18, 1997.

The hoops rankings came out yesterday and we were bumped down a spot, sparty moved up one, Duke went to #1, and Tennessee went to #5.  LSU leaped from 19th to 13th and Iowa State made a move up, too.  Nova dropped 4 spots down to 17.
