one thing yo need to do is check for financial aid at princeton. The Ivy League schools have their own version for financial aid. I have a player who i coach is going to penn to play football and his family got money even though they are pretty well off
this was a good article and certainly i agree with a lot of it
i will say this most teams run zone and gap schemes
my problem with all of this is obviously they had a lot of success offensivley last year so what changed? why did they go from averaging 40 points a game to where we are now. Terrible OL play is the main culprit, recruiting misses on the OL is catching up to us. Devery Hamilton decommitting late and Newsomes injury along with Tulley Tuman getting kicked off this team has severely limited the OL
On top of that piss poort qb play
My biggest complaint so far with this staff has to be the lack of getting Peters ready
let me start off by saying ive coached football for 22 years 13 of those as a head coach. I currently coach at a school that runs both zone and gap principles. I think in its most simplistic answer gap schemes are eaier to teach and easier to defend. IZ takes a while to figure out. TBH MIchigan had some success running IZ yesterday obiviously the big runs for TDs were gap schemes. The long run in the 2nd half by Higdon was a neat twist on counter where Poggi took two steps left (false key) and then logged through the hole where Bredeson was the kick
Finally everybody runs both schemes. Wisconsin, Ohio St, Bama all run both types of schemes

1. Chase --he…
this was on
1. Chase --he didnt squeeze the down block to help Gil and he chased the motion. if he keeps his technique is no gain
2.Hawkins--he should ve stopped it for an 8 yard gain
i use this…
great write up
i use this at the coach where i am a OC
you can block the read
you can arc ( as Chris Alt would call it) to the force player
or play action off of it
very difficult to defend
i would bet a lot of money Glasgow was supposed to vice number 3. so the couldve been TD might have been on him
he may be reading the G but its an easy down block for the T
the toughest block is probably the Center who has to reach the shade
also sometimes the kick can be tough if you have a hard squeezing end
The Down play is an old wing T play and i ve never understood why more college teams dont run it
im shocked brian that you didnt know some of the IZ stuff is a no read
every IZ team does this dont know why you are shocked by this
This is why they keep practices closed to the public
crazy rumors start because player A didnt practice
James Light is one of the great football minds on twitter this is very encouaging to me
always thought Kemp would be a 3 tech before it was all said and done
great hire
haha just said the same thing
Hudl will walk you through which endzone cam connects to hudl sideline the best

and we have an
yes we do
and we have an endzone cam connected to it
great well worth the money
its a game changer in terms of correcting mistakes on the run
the huge play that Hurst got docked for is moreso on McCray for over running
hes backside B player
he s got cut back
im curious to see the UFR this week because they run a ton of IZ effectivley

this pretty much sums up what i thought
IZ was much better than what people were saying and they ran it more than what people were saying
