Definitely not the first… some more recent examples:
Malcolm Perry (Miami Dolphins)
Joe Cardona (Patriots)
Keenan Reynolds (formerly of the Ravens and Seahawks)
The problem is that the decisions typically reside with the Secretary of each service and are inconsistent from service to service and secretary to secretary.
I think it will be closer than most Navy fans would like. Navy's QB and two best H-backs got hurt last week and are out for the season. This may be Army's best chance in the lsat 14 years.
Agreed. He has to make the playoffs. That being said, with the division being handed to him on a silver platter this year, I think making the playoffs still might not be enough. With the talent this team has, they should be able to win a home playoff game as well. I would be feeling very dissapointed if we limp into the playoffs and play poorly and lose in the first round.
Wasn't he considered for big time NFL jobs last season (Eagles)? If he was, and didn't want to leave then, why would he leave now?
They are one year closer to getting out of sanctions and I'm not sure his stock is any higher than it was at the end of last year. If he was going to bail, I would have thought it was after last season.

Go Navy! Beat Army!
Flying back from Seattle for this one, luckily I’ve gotten used to the rain here.
The O-line play this year has been the most confusing thing to me... Warinner knows how to coach a line in this offense yet it’s not translating.
This is a stupid statement - there is pressure at all major programs. We just hire shitty coaches.
