Seeing Isaiah Livers' numbers as a bench player is ridiculous. So great to have such a reliable player to boost us off the bench. How many teams in the BIG would he not be starting for?
Zach Harrison would obviously be the best, but my money is on Kalen Deloach. He is 2019 Devin Bush. I think we can all agree that we'd like to see more of that. I would even argue that he will be the most difficult early departure to replace--not that Deloach would be a year one starter. Sam Webb has talked him up a lot as well and made it sound near gut feeling level.
Loved Seth's explanation of "check with me" offenses and how DB messes with it. As a casual observer, I never really understood the dynamics going on there. Great little segment! Más, por favor.
Do not understand his lack of playing time tonight. Nebraska is getting buckets upon buckets at the rim, Wagner is adding little to nothing to the offense tonight, and Nebraska doesn’t have have the shooters to punish us for leaving a guy down low to protect. Also, get out of a shooting slump by setting up some simple screens at the 3 with a behemoth like Teske. Frustrating game to watch.
is the forgotten recruit in this class. But damn. He is a huge pickup and looks like an ideal Beilein PG. I hadn't seen that highlight vid, but he definitely seems to have the skill to challenge for time immediately.
We had 19 more shot attempts than LSU. We still lost. Seems to be a once a year trend for Beilein teams. Last year it was South Carolina. Hopefully this is the one time this year. I don't think this team is soft. Mathews and MAAR had some awesome takes to the basket. We lost because we shot 25% from 3. They shot lights out--especially Waters who was frustratingly good.
definitely has an argument. It's been a career death sentence for several, previously very good players. Also, I didn't know about the Sawchuk backstory. Sad!
The one line in the article that rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it's just me being overly sensitive in my love of Harbaugh, but it makes it sound like he's being lazy on the subject. He's obviously taking a very calculated response to the topic; nobody needs to be reminded what his opinion on it is.
Really hoping Harbaugh and Co. can work on this dude's attitude. Not a fan of all the afterplay chirping in his tape. A year of seeing JaBooty do his thing will surely help.

After watching Valentine his first few years, I never thought I'd come to hate a player as much. But then Brine (Bryn, yes I know) Forbes showed up. He wins. The worst.
Pretty tired of watching games on the computer. I couldn't get the BTN plus games, and I'm hardly excited about watching one on ESPN3. Call me old-fashioned, but I'm ready for a live game on TV.
but I found this one quite interesting. Cool to hear the planning and practice behind the play--actual coaching involved and not just a line of gigantic dudes hitting as hard as they could. I'm still in disbelief that we actually won. Defensive play of the year, for sure.
Have I missed any mention of Drew Singleton in the past? How is it that a 4* top 200 LB from Paramus with 100% crystal ballz to UM not even receive mention in the 2016 warm interest/realistic recruiting thread?
Right down the gullet of MSU's abysmal secondary. We'll draw their D-line forward and hit a TE right over the top with blockers galore, just like we've done versus nearly every team so far.
So glad to have a PG locked in for now, but recruiting is weird. I'll be happy when he's in uniform. Xavier seems to be really smooth and cerebral. I like it.
I hope all reporters pick Utah, honestly. That will make victory so much sweeter, that everyone not on mgoblog underestimated the power of HARBAUGH, or it will make defeat slightly less bitter.
1. That Drake Harris pic is weird. I want to believe ... that he is going to be a great receiver or that he has a sizeable crank?
2. I love Grant Perry's shiftiness. His change of speed on his routes are awesome, and I think Rudock's style (our starting QB, btw) will connect really well with him.
I juuuust finished installing butcher block in our kitchen. I also used to install quartz during summers in college. If you can afford quartz, go that route. I love our butcher blocks though and am damn proud of how they turned out. They are a fraction of the cost and if you know how to maintain them they can be well worth it, especially if you have a large kitchen.

I miss those two the most. They would have filled really nice spots in much needed areas to our D in the coming years.
