I've been on this site since 2007, cycled through a couple accounts that I rage deleted somewhere in the RR/Hoke years. Realized I had this one dormant since 2013 (!). Probably for the best that I stopped commenting, mostly because I was insufferable.
Best moment for me was the interception to seal The Game. Anger would probably be third Q against Maryland. Surprise player - Kenneth Grant.
Favorite feature - season previews.
Thank you to Brian and the crew, and all of the fellow lurkers and posters out there. I love you all, it's been a journey
Kind of feel like this is why finesse spread offenses can't win games. If there was ever a situation for a big dude who can churn out half a yard that was it.
In an alternate universe where basketball is never invented, WRs would probably be 6'5" - 6'8" and LeBron James would be the most dominant receiver in the NFL. The problem is that most high school athletes who are fast, athletic, and 6'4" or taller would much rather play a sport with higher compensation and less risk of injury.
Sleeper cell? I think you've been reading too many Brad Thor novels. Most likely these are people who know the suspects, but are not involved in their plot.
I don't know. Andrew Wiggins could play for pretty much any Division I school in the country and still be a high lottery pick. Obviously, scouts would like to see how he matches up against the best competition possible, but that doesn't require going to Kentucky, or any traditional basketball power for that matter.
It's unfortunate that Vegas isn't buying into this hype, or else I could make a killing betting against Michigan and take some of the sting of losing away at the same time.
Like most things posted on MGoBlog, it's a meta-reference to a meme that was introduced in a post about a post about something that happened in a game that nobody remembers.
That's right. Kelly's system at Oregon is known for its dominant O lines. Plus, nobody in their right mind would take Michael Vick at 33 over the sprightly 29 year old Weeden. Honestly, who looks at Vick and thinks "spread QB" ?
I'll settle for Michigan winning a Rose Bowl. BTW, is anyone else suprised to learn that the last time that happened Barry Sanders had just played his last season in the NFL?
Well, he made the Rose Bowl when USC was an utter mess due to sanctions, lost miserably in one of his Rose Bowls, and will only win this year because the best team in the B1G is ineligible.
His team was pretty well beat by an Auburn team composed of Nick Fairley, Cam Newton, and a bunch of guys who only won 8 games the next year.
Under his tenure, the Ducks have made a habit of dropping marquee games, like LSU and USC last year and Stanford this year.
Michigan has the the most recognizable brand in college football in the same universe where the Horror, RichRod, and generally the last 10 years never happened.
By staying another year and getting drafted higher Morris would have improved more as a player. All the evidence suggests that it's better to get drafted by a terrible team where you can play under the radar and get minutes without a ton of pressure to win immediately. Early playing time solves a lot of problems, and a few years down the line the big contracts will follow for a good player on a bad team.

QB prone to making poor decisions?: check
Stout tackles?: check
Iffy interior O line?: check
RB with no vision?: check (Fitz)
RB who goes down at first contact?: check (Green)
Zero pass rush?: check
Head-scratching schematic decisions all around?: check

I'm not sure if we'll ever figure out why schools like Wisconsin and Michigan State can't recruit better despite years of unprecedented success.

"SECTION 1, SECTION 1, SECTION 1, SECTION 1!!!!!!!"
Why did the Boston bombings affect you more than, say, the Newton school shootings?

No God, please God no. No. Nooo. NOOOOOOOOO!
I don't think Brandon Roy was a 7 footer.
Let's be honest. The last thing Michigan fans should want is Burke getting drafted by Detroit. And I say this as a lifelong Pistons fan.

Too bad their old stadium is probably still radioactive.
Heh. That's usually how you can tell if a man or a woman was in charge of the commercial.
He hates Bill Martin for hiring the worst coach in the history of any Michigan sport.
Next, the Lions will sign/draft another 3 RB's and sign a LT from the waiver wire.
This is probably so people can't call them the Big Least anymore. Nobody makes fun of America.
Mormon missionaries in Polynesia have a long history.
Maybe they should try and recruit his younger brother B'Shawn, or perhaps his cousin D'Shawn.
Why is this flamebait?
This is why MGoBlog is awesome.
24, and I've watched that movie at least half a dozen times.

EDIT: Almost forgot - I think it's a rhyme.
He's a Texas oilman with a passion for heavy drilling machinery.
Not very.
I'm not sure a sundress is appropriate attire for a man of your age.
Getting him seems unlikely now. When's the last time Michigan landed a top 10 FB recruit?
Not sure if Alabama is that good or ND is that bad.

We should hire him as our new OC.

Dantonio probably expected to be offering Bell's bloody stump a 5th year scholarship.
You forgot about Tiw, Norse god of war.
Charlie Weiss.
You say superstar league like it's a bad thing. I would much rather watch the best players instead of mediocre ones.
Martavious Northfleet
My theory is that Terry Richardson is the in the doghouse for some reason.
They'd have 3 different ways to throw an interception on the same play!

Yeah, I'd say that doesn't cut it.
After reading Jadeveon Clowney's own Twitter account:
@ClowneyFacts Jadeveon Clowney is functionally illiterate.
We've gotta get this guy! Everything about him screams fast! He even has the word "dash" in his name!
Saban won't leave. He knows that his greatest asset is recruiting. He was, and will be, just be another guy in the NFL.
Unlikely.
I'm not sure extra rolls will help our big men put on good weight.

In other news, Leon McQuay III's pyloric sphincter has contracted. Updates at 11.

Hard to improve from the end of the bench.
