I had a similar issue…

I had a similar issue recently with my driver. Had to aim about 30 yards left to keep it in play with the hard fade to the right. And I had the tee lined up just inside my front foot. And that was working well for awhile, but then it started going further and further right, an even more exaggerated fade. So I moved the tee even further up in my stance, so that's it's directly in line with my front foot and that got my driver shape back to what I wanted, a subtle fade. Not sure if that will help you, but trying it is free versus a lesson.

Anybody else hoping a new…

Anybody else hoping a new contract would be completed before the Raiders playoff game? I was rooting hard for the Raiders to make the playoffs and allow Warde this week to get something done. Since this is the week NFL jobs become open and teams start talking to candidates. I'm worried the Raiders lose this weekend, and turn their focus to Harbaugh. Was hoping to have him locked up to a new deal before they get that chance.

Spent 2011-2013 coaching linebackers at Georgia. Has been with the Ravens since.

If he is coming in as Co-DC with Tim Banks, this could be good. Because Banks is a good recruiter but has questions about his coaching ability. MacDonald could be the opposite, obviously hasn't recruited in 7 years, but maybe better at the coaching side.

Just a theory

Mike MacDonald news scares…

Mike MacDonald news scares me. Spent 2011-2013 coaching linebackers at Georgia. And has been with the Ravens since 2013. As we've seen with recruiting, these longtime NFL guys aren't great at it. I'm depressed.

I didn't think Simpson had a realistic chance with the Lakers, but they just waived their 3rd string PG Quinn Cook, so I do wonder if that gives Zavier more of an opportunity. We know Coach Vogel is a defense first coach, could get interesting.

The Chiefs defense had 2 total sacks today.

Taco Charlton and Mike Danna had one each.

Love to see it

The Dolphins just took a…

The Dolphins just took a long snapper over DPJ. After all the years of teams going crazy for guys that test well at the combine, I just don't understand what's going on with this.

I was thinking of how huge…

I was thinking of how huge the 2021 class is going to be. Davis, Brooks, Mike Smith and Livers (assuming he stays in school) are seniors. Plus 2 likely one and dones( Todd and Christopher). Add in Wagner who apparently was a fringe early entrant in this year's draft. That's 7 possible departures at one time. Not sure I remember seeing a college basketball recruiting class that was 7 people. Especially when following up a 6 player class this year.

How many of us thought DDJ…

How many of us thought DDJ and Castleton would be transferring from the 2018 class but Nunez would be staying? So weird.

Rain Man. 2 incredible actors just make it real.

The hot water scene where Raymond freaks out.

And the last scene where they say goodbye at the train.

The first time Forrest meets his son gets me choked up every time.

I bought some Bank of America (BAC) and Starbucks (SBUX) for my IRA on Thursday. They were both at 52 week lows. SBUX went up 17% Friday, BAC went up 12%. Feeling good about those 2 companies for the long-term.

Teske going from a really…

Teske going from a really good player last year to getting outplayed by every other center in the B1G is still the most surprising thing about the season.

Eli Brooks(who is supposedly…

Eli Brooks(who is supposedly a point guard/shooting guard) played 41 minutes, scored 4 points and had 0 assists.

Let that sink in while I continue to vomit over it.

What happened to Jon "1st…

What happened to Jon "1st Team all Defense C" Teske? What could explain his defense getting worse as a senior?

Anyone else think we've seen…

Anyone else think we've seen enough Nunez and Castleton by now to know they aren't Big 10 players? Nunez I think everyone agrees, but Castleton has been almost as disappointing.

Raise your hand if you…

Raise your hand if you immediately went to the DTs on this link.

There's a good amount of decently rated ones, hopefully the staff is reaching out to some.

First half stat to make you vomit:

The team outside of DDJ is 3-22 from the field.

Mobile is so bad.

Editing the post made it a double post, ugh

I just had a horrible…

I just had a horrible thought.

Hafley is 40 years old, from New Jersey, and was brought in to be the young recruiting ace to go along with Greg Mattison as Co-DCs.

Does a certain person not fit that almost to the letter?

Chris Partridge is 39, from New Jersey, is a recruiting ace, and there's long been rumors he wants to move up to be a DC or Co-DC, and is obviously familiar and comfortable working with Mattison.

Please don't let that happen, I can't even take the on field beatings from OSU let alone when they steal our good coaches.

I've been asking people the…

I've been asking people the same thing. OSU isn't just killing us, they're killing everyone. OSU is 54-6 since Harbaugh got to Michigan, thats basically 1 loss per year.

I think would annoys people is that MSU, PSU, Iowa and Purdue have beaten them in the last couple years and we are a much better program than 3 of those schools and slightly better than PSU.

If we have Mayfield single…

If we have Mayfield single blocking Chase Young on any passing down, I'm going to throw things at my TV.

Huards cadence and the way…

Huards cadence and the way he ends every sentence is so damn annoying. Can't really describe it, but it's like he's trying too hard to sound like a broadcaster. Just listen for it next time you hear him.

Nunez 1 for 6 from 3, 7 minutes into the game, not great. Mostly open looks too

I'm 1000% agreeing with everything you said

There was one detail you…

There was one detail you left out of the stat, because I remember hearing it too. It was against ranked teams, 2015 Utah and 2016 Iowa were not ranked.

Is anybody else annoyed that…

Is anybody else annoyed that UF is ahead of us in the polls? Both teams have 2 losses, and both teams losses are against top 15 teams.

UF beat Auburn at home, Auburn is ranked 1 spot behind Notre Dame. Our 2nd best win is against number 19 Iowa. UFs 2nd best win? That ugly ass opening week game again Miami, who is 6-4.

Also their only game remaining is against FSU, so they will probably finish 10-2

Drummond was drafted 7 years…

Drummond was drafted 7 years ago, Vucevic 8 years ago. Carter is 6'9 not 7'1. Zion is 270, it's not about the weight only, it's that height plus that weight. 7 footers need to be lighter and hyper mobile to be lottery picks like Mo Bamba or Jaren Jackson

A 7'1 265lb player is never…

A 7'1 265lb player is never getting drafted in the NBA lottery again, unless the league reverts back to old school centers someday.

The blog buried them too…

The blog buried them too early? Or they buried themselves in October? Did you see their offensive output in October?

Northwestern is a tire fire…

Northwestern is a tire fire in both sports, maybe their academic requirements are catching up with them?

Also, why did Illinois MBB play an away game at Grand Canyon University tonight? Don't see power 5 teams playing on the road against tiny schools often. Guess it was an excuse for a free trip there? In that case I don't blame them.

I know we hate Notre Dame…

I know we hate Notre Dame and poke fun at Brian Kelly, but how the hell is he the 75th highest paid coach? Wyoming's coach makes more? Chris Ash made almost 50% more than Kelly this year. I was so confused when I saw that.

1000% agree with both of you…

1000% agree with both of you. When your division is this good, you don't need to add good OOC games to boost your resume. Just like Alabama realizes most years.

Take it a step further, Clemson is in a shit division, rarely plays anyone good out of conference and how are they doing the last 5 years?

Why is this hard to figure out?

Had to login just to agree…

Had to login just to agree with you 100% on the out of conference scheduling. How could anyone spin the Washington, Oklahoma, etc series as anything but money grabs? And Notre Dame too(I don't want to hear about resuming our 3rd biggest rivalry until we make the CFB atleast once)

I just don't get understand…

I just don't understand how they always get to host us for night games. Doesn't really seem fair.

Why don't we play every good team at night too? It's such a home field advantage

We have played 2 below…

We have played 2 below average defenses with undersized secondaries and Nico Collins has 5 catches.

This dude is going to be a 2nd or 3rd round pick in the draft in April, and we can't get him the ball against 2 of the worst secondaries we will play this year? He's 6'5!

I just watch all these other games on Saturdays, and almost every team, no matter if they are good or bad, just gets easy and free yards all the time.

Did anything about today's offense seem easy to you?

I think we ran the ball between the tackles over 30 times today. That's the opposite of free yards.

27-14 UM. Too few…

27-14 UM. Too few possessions to score more than that imo.

He was shown as the starter at RG when they showed the lineups.

As Bryan Mac pointed out on…

As Bryan Mac pointed out on Twitter, Maryland basically killed a football player last year and they are somehow among the top 20 most admirable? What?

Also the UNC academic scandal apparently doesn't mean anything as they are way up there too.

But Penn State ahead of Michigan is definitely the biggest head scratcher. What off field controversy has Michigan had? I honestly can't think of anything real.

And by real I mean not some Harbaugh comment getting blown up for clicks, and not the Eric Swenson thing(since Alabama runs kids off left and right and they are still ahead of us, so "processing" a kid obviously doesn't hurt on this list)

Good stuff as always

Good stuff as always

If I had photoshop skills, I would update the Opponent Watch picture at the top with teams from this year's schedule. Army instead of Alabama, Penn State instead of Purdue, Notre Dame instead of Nebraska, etc

Random thought, SIAP

Cleveland does have 2 first round picks this year. I could see Belien drafting one of the 3 Michigan players. They don't have any 2nd round picks, but I could even see them making a trade for a 2nd rounder just to maybe grab one of his guys.

Only 4 teams have made the…

Only 4 teams have made the sweet sixteen the last 3 years: Michigan, Gonzaga, Purdue and Kentucky (barring a massive Kansas come back)

Damn you Smitty for bringing…

Damn you Smitty for bringing up Larry Foote, now I'm obsessed with the idea of him being the LB coach, and if it doesn't happen I'm going to be super disappointed.

I had no idea he was coaching right now.

Hes born and raised in Detroit, he's only 38, has 2 super bowl rings, nfl coaching experience, this is an absolute home run hire from a coaching and recruiting perspective.

Trevor Lawrence is good, but…

Trevor Lawrence is good, but these WRs are making him look like Peyton Manning. They catch everything

If he becomes eligible…

If he becomes eligible immediately, then the transfer restrictions are effectively over.

Think about what gets said on Twitter after any loss. Think about the heat everyone of OSUs defensive players got after the Purdue game. And a chunk of those Twitter idiots are definitely students at OSU. So all of those players can transfer and become eligible immediately? Because another student called them a name? Gtfo
