Well, folks - here we are. Game five and Detroit unfortunately faces elimination at (again) the hands of the Lightning. I am really starting to hate that team. Hopefully Detroit can win this to take it back to Detroit. NBC Sports Network and their stream is available with a cable login.

Needs to be a major overhaul and reboot. I don't even care if they miss the playoffs for a year or two. Need an infusion of young talent somehow. Hard to win playoff series without guys who can carry the scoring load.

Feels like the Wings are controlling this game from where I sit.. Which is a bar in State College, PA with no sound... That being said.. I am expecting the Lightning to score soon... Which pisses me off.

The wings don't have the killers they once had. Yzerman, Frederov, hull, shannahan, robiatille (sp?), hell even McCarty put in the goal of the season in the cup finals. Now we can't finish anything. Nothing

Wings are playing great, which is fun to watch, but we all know what happens when you don't take advatages of your oppourtunies in the playoffs.  5v3, 2 breakaways, 2 posts... ugh.

I still like their chances if they keep it up!  Let's go!

Of course the day we decide to be zoned in on offense, Bishop plays great. He's been pretty mediocre this series IMO, giving juicy rebounds and his defense saving him. We just haven't taken advantage of him this series. But he's on fire tonight

Twitterverse caught that Tyler Johnson isn't on the bench and hasn't played since the middle of the second period.  May he get back to full health soon... as soon as we win this series :-P
