Nadal v Federer on the deuce had me very disappointed for a moment.
January 17th, 2010 at 1:41 PM ^
CBS out of order in my area. F. Guess I'll be listening to this one.
January 17th, 2010 at 1:47 PM ^
CBSSports.com has started streaming some games apparently.
January 17th, 2010 at 1:46 PM ^
I was searching the ESPN family. Preview FAIL.

EDIT-They fixed it.

LLP for 3! Wright for 3...then LLP for 3 again! Awesome. LLP is the definition of a streaky shooter. You just love him sometimes.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:02 PM ^
All I can say is WOW!!!!
January 17th, 2010 at 2:06 PM ^
this makes what we've done so far this season seem even more painful. we can play like this!

Did the announcer in Crisler just say "Great Scott, Anthony Wright for Threeee!"??? Something needs to be done about him.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:39 PM ^
Love the video. I just had a chuckle that the "Great Scott!" quote was used in reference to an Anthony Wright 3 pointer. When you think about it, that's a pretty good reaction to Ant hitting a 3 these days.
January 17th, 2010 at 3:17 PM ^
How about-
Great Caesar's Ghost!
?
January 17th, 2010 at 2:17 PM ^
random 3s Ant Wright makes, he's almost single-handedly blowing this lead...turnovers, bad shots, bad fouls...
and he made a three as i was writing this....retract?
January 17th, 2010 at 2:31 PM ^
He's gotta make enough random 3s to make up for the bone-headed plays, and so far he hasn't. Another three or four in this game, and I'll let him off the hook.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:21 PM ^
We are playing with TONS of energy and heart right now... If we can keep it up, I think we win this game for sure!
January 17th, 2010 at 2:21 PM ^
LLP is playing great defense
January 17th, 2010 at 2:23 PM ^
I still can't be that optimistic about this game, even with this lead.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:26 PM ^
we're gonna win this one.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:57 PM ^
I've always been a pessimist on the board. It happens.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:23 PM ^
I really want Wright to play well, but he always seems to follow up an awesome play with mind numbing plays after.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:26 PM ^
...to see the team playing well against an opponent like UConn on a national HD broadcast. I really liked their defensive discipline toward the end of the half, and they did a good job picking up a couple fouls on UConn.
The atmosphere at Crisler also really came together for this game. Even on TV the lighting, unis, Maize-out, cheerleaders, student cheers, and band combine to project a stout sense of the energy there.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:29 PM ^
our cheerleaders are hot.
January 17th, 2010 at 2:30 PM ^
Enjoying the elevator music they're playing at halftime on the online feed?
January 17th, 2010 at 2:32 PM ^
It's like being on hold, except instead of India on the other end, it's a fantastic Michigan basketball game!
January 17th, 2010 at 2:36 PM ^
A shame - those not in attendance at Crisler missed out on an epic game of Simon Says!
January 17th, 2010 at 2:48 PM ^
and bring the wood
January 17th, 2010 at 2:56 PM ^
we have really dropped off on defense
January 17th, 2010 at 2:59 PM ^
there's a dude in a grandma sweatshirt in the front of his section... guy in the outshot wearing a blue jersey and a white baseball hat. it's like they're trying to play the 'i dont need to dress like everyone else bs.'
man i'm either getting old or still hungover. in other news, get off my lawn and be a dear and fill pop-pops 'medicine glass.' thanks honey.

January 17th, 2010 at 3:09 PM ^
of some sort. Autism Speaks, maybe?
January 17th, 2010 at 3:24 PM ^
Pretty sure it's a cause of some sort
Thank you Captain Obvious.
[/had-to-be-said]
January 17th, 2010 at 3:08 PM ^
If he isn't already, he's going to be the leader on this team. Might not be the fastest, tallest, or most skilled, but his hustle cannot be matched. He's definitely a "lead by example" guy.
January 17th, 2010 at 3:26 PM ^
He reminds me of David Eckstein in that way.
January 17th, 2010 at 3:30 PM ^
I'm just going to assume that's sarcastic.
January 17th, 2010 at 3:36 PM ^
What? Something about Novak reminds me of Eckstein. I'm not sure white it is . . .
January 17th, 2010 at 3:13 PM ^
seems like a good choice if UConn isn't gonna shoot from outside.
January 17th, 2010 at 3:24 PM ^
...that was above average"
January 17th, 2010 at 3:25 PM ^
NOOOOVAAAK!!!
January 17th, 2010 at 3:27 PM ^
With a thrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeee pointerrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!
January 17th, 2010 at 3:32 PM ^
And a pair of CLUTCH free throws. Could we be seeing the emergence of the emotional leader of the team going forward?
January 17th, 2010 at 3:26 PM ^
Definitely got away with a hack from (was that?) Douglass on that turnover for the manny layup.
January 17th, 2010 at 3:29 PM ^
GOD FUCKING DAMNIT
January 17th, 2010 at 3:30 PM ^
cant close it out now they dont deserve the win...
