Great, so no more trash cans in the middle of the floor, during line drills until someone pukes, to make sure they are running as hard as they can. A little late for me.

It's rare an Mlive article gets more than a skim from me but this one was pretty interesting. Curious what those numbers looked like from the msu to Maryland short rest.

I dont know how widely used this is in college basketball, although I suspect it is, but its pretty much standard in professional sports these days..especially soccer becuse they play so many games and run a ton. In fact, many soccer players wear it in games. They can track everything from exertion, to speed, ground covered, etc etc etc.

We have come a long way from the story about Tommy Amaker having to buy his own VCR because the team didn't have one to watch game tape.

This is really cool. If we're one of the only programs to have this it'd be an awesome recruiting pitch as well. It's amazing the technology beig infused in sports to make and shape athletes to get them to their peak performaces.

The dude knows his stuff, I picked his brain when I showed up early enough to a couple games as a Maize Rage member. We're lucky to have our guys being looked after by one of the premier strength coaches in college basketball.
