on who to root for...ND or Sparty? leaning Sparty so when we play them, hopefully they are undefeated and whoop there butts in EL!
September 16th, 2016 at 6:50 AM ^
That face Mike McCray makes when he's about to annihilate an opposing QB.
Happy Friday!

How the Hell does the guy rocking the maize (Amarillo!) and blue just out of frame on the left not join in on the shuffle?
No crutches, no walking boot, so can we assume he's ... shudder ... unenthusiastic? Even I can bust that move, and I'm older than dirt. (Or, as my terrific spouse says, older than some dirt.)
Coach Harbaugh better not see this.

Oh he does, the GIF just doesn't capture it. Full video:

My kids love that video. Their favorite is Dawson's underwater finale.
September 16th, 2016 at 3:42 PM ^
Twerk.
September 16th, 2016 at 9:57 AM ^
Now if Dawson could develop a nasty streak and start annihilating DTs and LBs.
September 16th, 2016 at 11:48 AM ^
Word is that the nastiness is not a problem but perhaps work ethic is. Sam Webb thinks Dawson is maybe one of the best five or six O lineman on the team. I am hoping it is just that other guys have stepped up.

With the slate of good games this week, which non michigan game is everyone excited to watch?
For me, its Notre Dame/Mich st! I hope Notre Dame scores 70 in a blowout!
September 16th, 2016 at 7:29 AM ^
FSU vs Louisville at 12:00
Michigan at 3:30
7:30 MSU vs Notre Dame with a little flip back and forth with Ohio State vs Oklahoma
edit: looks like my wife has an account now...
September 16th, 2016 at 7:45 AM ^
Not only am I going to miss most of the evening games, but I have to go to a damn costume party of all things... and the theme is MTV-era bands!!! And I said no way about a million times, but that just makes me look like a dick bc other husbands who apparently aren't college football fans said yes... so then I'll repeatedly check my phone for updates or if I'm really lucky one of the games will be on somewhere in the house, but then I'm a dick again for not socializing.
I haz a big sad

Go as Milli Vanilli. Everyone will ask you to leave, then you can go watch the games.
/Problem solved.

Hopefully your wife is going as Tawny Kitaen in that Whitesnake video.
September 16th, 2016 at 10:50 AM ^
but I still hate costume parties
September 16th, 2016 at 10:49 AM ^
So you'll be either Dusty Hill or Billy Gibbons and your wife will be...one of the ladies from the Legs music video? Or the other guy...
I wonder who my wife and I would go as...
September 16th, 2016 at 8:14 AM ^
They have this new thing called DVR. Tape the games, DON'T check your phone for updates, and then stay up till 5am watching it when you get home. I do it all the time. And you can skip the commercials. Welcome to the 21st century.
September 16th, 2016 at 8:19 AM ^
I do that for Michigan games

You will definitely get sent home. Problem solved.

Somehow, it seems like an close MSU loss would be far more emotionally satisfying, one where they had every opportunity to surpass or even put away ND and just didn't late. As for me, I am rather interested in seeing how the Oklahoma / Ohio State goes, when it comes to the bigger name matchups. Louisville / Florida State will be the noon game that right now I plan on watching to pass the time before ours (at least until I leave the house for ours).
September 16th, 2016 at 7:18 AM ^
Same here. I badly want this game to be the start of Urban Meyer's unraveling, or at least this season turning into a huge disappointment, but I have this terrible feeling that OSU is going to beat Oklahoma, mainly because I'm worried OU just isn't very good.
September 16th, 2016 at 8:19 AM ^
Houston struggled with Cincy last night, so you may be right. Plus, I think I heard that OSU has won 18 straight road games. Could that possibly be true?
September 16th, 2016 at 8:32 AM ^
Well if you think about it, they've only lost 4 games since Meyer got there. One was last year at home to MSU, the year before to Virginia Tech (at home) and the other two were post season games in 2013. So that does make sense.
September 16th, 2016 at 10:51 AM ^
Chokelahoma will lose. They lose every big game unfortunately
At least it will look better for us when we beat OSU
September 16th, 2016 at 7:16 AM ^
ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?

Go Blue! - I'll be rooting for ND this weekend. I don't really care how the Ok/Osu game turns out. Hard to root for OSU but what a game it would be if both were 11-0 heading into The Game.
