Final Four game time?

6:09 and 8:49 are the scheduled tips. I would imagine since most people think that the right half game will be the de facto title game, it will be the later game. But Cinderella + the country's largest alumni might mean they want that later for ratings? We'll see. I would guess 6:09 personally. Should be set tonight.

Also of note, both final four games as well as the championship game will be televised on tbs this year. No cbs, which sucks for those without cable/satellite.
I'm sure mgoarchive will be posting a thread to stream the game through his discord server so be on the lookout for that thread next weekend if you need a streaming alternative.

Villanova vs. Kansas/Duke is a game among 2 big names and will be either "1 vs 1" or "1 vs 2." That's about as good as it gets, and will get the prime spot, no doubt about it.
If Texas Tech wins, the Michigan game MIGHT be the late game. But I'd still doubt it. Michigan is popular, but they're not basketball "blue-bloods" like KU or Duke.

It's hard to imagine a scenerio in which a game involving at least one of Duke, Villanova, and Kansas isn't getting the second game. There's also sizable evidence of people liking Cinderellas in theory but not watching in sizable numbers.

needs Duke to lose to keep my lead in my bracket, I dread the annual Kansas implosion today.
Even if Michigan loses to Texas Tech, I still win. I want Texas Tech and Kansas to win today

Yeah already trying to figure out this seder thing. Terrible timing on the final four this year

I think the 2 hours after a final four win would be to soak in the victory and celebrate but then again there is only 2 days before the championship
Beilein will have returned to the hotel, gotten a sub or turkey sandwich and started planning. It's who he is. :) And I'm super glad we have him!

Root against Texas Tech and Kansas if you're trying to buy tickets. They'd each have by far the most fans in San Antonio.
Duke and Nova are our best bets for cheaper tickets/a bigger Michigan prescense in the Alamodome.
I'd rather have the early game.
Some of the other fans would arrive late and they'll all be cheering against us.
we'll be the early game.
We're having 30 people for our Seder, and it really doesn't matter which time slot Mich gets. I'm in the Midwest, so maybe if it's the early start, I'll get to see the first half. But whatever the outcome, it will give special meaning to "Dayenu" (the prayer that means, "It would have been enough")
