The former EL prosecutor declined to press charges because he said there wasn't enough evidence that came out of the interrogation of the suspects, but apparently ESPN has broadcast the clip of the police interview with Payne where he openly admits the basics of the sexual assault charge. From what I'm hearing the police wanted to file charges but the prosecutor declined.

This is the same prosecutor who eventually was booted out of the position because of his habit of hanging out with hookers.

My weekend was stacked with housework and other errands so I haven't had a chance to watch any of it.  It was a prime weekend to get things done with no MBB game to distract me.  I may try to watch it on demand before the game tonight.

Just got done watching and if any of these allegations made it to MD or TI feet and no action was taken they are cooked. President is Gone and the AD are gone already so............. They are not excempt in my opinion

I will preface by saying that I have no idea how such things work, but it occured to me:

At some point soon, the litigation will begin.

If every victim is awarded 20 million, MSU is about $200,000,000.00 short in it's current reported endowment to cover compenastion to victims.

MD and TI, if they don't resign, won't stay around long if they are not getting paid. (Sarcasm)

This could change MSU in ways no one can imagine.

It's a man made disaster of epic proprtions. Nassers victims will be both direct, and indirect. There is no telling where this will go, or what MSU will be when it's over.

Horrible for the State of Michigan.

i completely agree. mork had mentioned his handling of the sexual assault in 2017 involving 3 football players including donnie corley. do you think he would have just suspended these players for one of their cupcake opponents if there wasn't so much attention on msu stemming from nassars abuse? i think so. we have seen little or no action through the years, from both basketball and football programs. they are both done.

it's what did he do? What did he do that prevented him from playing, but could not be shared with anyone outside of the MSU football program?

MSU tried to create a subterfuge that he was involved in a DUI http://detroitsportsrag.com/the-reason-max-bullough-was-suspended/ but at the time the speculation was abused by PEDs by the NCAA (which would have been made public) or ...you guessed it....

So I ask again...what did Max Bullough do that was so bad the Disciple of Disciplin decided to prevent him from playing in the 2014 Rose Bowl when he'd let other  offenders play in cupcake games?  Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

amongst FB and BB players, most of which got swept under the rug I really dont see how Mork and Izzo survive this..we need a FULL and Complete investigation of every single incident and what transpired and who covered them up
